I feel like it's a mixture Grog probably wouldn't hate shopping so much if Travis didn't get so bored, and Travis probably wouldn't get so bored if he was playing someone who actually went shopping as opposed to someone who barely understands money.
@@TPBurrow Thats fair. Its such a good scene though. I want to believe people wouldn't watch scenes they havnt gotten to yet, but iv made that mistake... haha
This clip has made me love grog. I basically only play casters, and I never really grasped why someone would play a character who was stupid. I do now. Travis is having so much fun.
This clip reminds me of how much I want J'mon to make an appearance in campaign 2. He had so many great underrated moments like this one and his response to Keyleth's inspiring leader speech.
@@texteel two things, one you clearly haven't read upon the science if you think chromosomes are the only factor for determining gender, and two J'mon is a God damn shape shifting dragon, who can change from male to female and anything in between
I always say I'm gonna play tactically but it always devolves into me just stabbing shit until it stops moving... murdered an entire cave of goblins one time because I failed one stealth check and alerted one which I promptly destroyed and alerted the rest and so on and so forth. My dm described me as I left the cave as "being covered head to toe in goblin blood and entrails."
reminds me of something similar. My party wanted to kill all but 1 enemy so they could interrogate him. Course me not knowing how to count ended up killing all of them and beating the last one to death with his own arm (my character was a bugbear).
0:44 I'm still not sure if that was Grog or Travis
Both? Lets go with both.
It keeps going 1:23

I badly wanted the part after this where they switch to battle strategies and grog is confused
I can certainly revisit this scene, I was just concerned about spoilers.

Oh man, can you just imagine an ancient dragon telling you to Sit Down.
Oh noo Lawful/Neutral bahamut simp metallic dragon is giving me orders what can I possibly just ignore them they are like big sheep
Fooling Vecna? More like fooling Grog XD

When a dragon tells you to sit, you sit.
At this point grog could single handily rip his head off
Hes not chromatic what hes gonna do look at you with sadness?

Watching this out of context is pure insanity
i missed seeing travis play grog

Vecna would've needed, like, negative Insight to be fooled by that xD

Wow Goblin Slayer in the making right here...
When the background music switches from stealth to combat.
One of my favourite moments in Critical Role period
