This is what I was looking for for a long time. I had tried to do it through Studio One but it was incredibly complicated. Thanks from my heart.

Great, i got it working to set up r graphs (clean, breakup, crunch & high gain - all with the same amp - the Axp Flextron free vst - check it out, it is great imho). I have 2 mvave chocolate footswitches. The first I use to select those 4 graphs, and I want use the second in cc mode to switch on/off or bypass other vst”s (like the cloudseed reverb, or a tremolo vst). But I cannot get it working. Any advice on this? Is this even possible with Kushview Elements or should I invest in GigPerformer?

Hello @a006751, thanks for reaching out to us for assistance. Unfortunately we no longer offer support for Kushview Element because the developer has abandoned the program. However if you are considering Gig Performer, we are finalizing a video that explains not only how to get Gig Performer functionality in Reaper, but also how to expand and streamline it beyond anything GP can do.
I am a Broadway pit musician (NY) and used GP for years. However when we rehearse quite often we are asked to call up different sounds. GP requires too much fiddling and since competition is stiff here speed and exactness is mandatory. After more than a month of testing, I finally became brave enough to use Reaper on my Surface Pro at a live performance. It worked like a charm and I’ve been using it for 3 months with no hiccups. I’m never going back to GP!
Let me be clear this is my personal experience and my opinion alone. You are free to choose whatever you desire. If you need assistance with GP we will be more than happy to offer assistance. But if you’re interested in the Reaper option the video is in the works. Be sure to subscribe so you will be notified when the video is released.

Hi, thanks for the reply… After reading your comment I immediately downloaded Reaper and dove into it. I must say that what I was trying to do in Kushview was indeed possible in Reaper: I made snapshots of my 4 configurations (sws plugin) that I can recall with 1 mvave chocolate with pc codes. And than added some actions that bypass the Fx which I activate by using my second mvave fs with cc codes. So again, thank you very much for the tip and I’m looking forward to your video on this topic. I”m sure I can finetune my setup by watching it . (Eg. Trails on reverb when I bypass the effect….)

I’m glad you found the advice useful. Just be warned, Reaper can send you down the rabbit hole of exploration. It can do so much you’ll spend an enormous amount of time having fun exploring.
