Try and actually BE this wholesome instead of just wishing more people in the world were like this. That's a real way to influence change, even if it feels like its only in your small bubble that you can effect, the reach may go further than you know!
The things i try to do to make people feel better:
- give a genuine compliment to at least 1-2 people everytime I go out
- try and stay positive and upbeat so as not to worry my family (i am disabled and face high chronic pain)
- give massages to friends and family who have had a bad day
- when i hear of someone facing pain i tell them about the products that have really helped me (this has been a huge boon to at least 2 people so far in their own battles vs chronic pain)
