th-cam.com/video/pk1s-8WXp8A/w-d-xo.html Just rotate the blade backwards to a perpendicular position from the wiper arm, then it just disengages easily. I then just replaced the rubber using a cut off section from the old front wipers, which I just replaced with new ones. I don't need perfect wiping action on the rear so it works out fine just using the discards from the front 😉
th-cam.com/video/lABM8pf3Oss/w-d-xo.html Honestly guy, I appriciate what you were trying to do, but you're just wrong. Maybe re-record and re-upload a video that work, or just delete your video so people can find a video with proper instructions. Honestly I am really not trying to be mean or rude to you, your solution was creative, but not informative.
You did not show how to get the old one off. That's what I need to know. But, thanks for the effort.

Thanks!
I buy a 24" blade, cut the rubber in two, and make 2 blade inserts for my vibe. OR, just recycle an old blade from the front windshield.
Thanks I did the same thing.
Or even better just use some older one like the other guy said doesn't have to be perfect in the back.
