    Seeing you pop up the back cover was helpful - I didn't know it could do that, and it allowed me to lift the wiper blade away from the window, so I could remove the blade. Extremely simple, but not if you've never done it. Thanks.

    I bought a new rear wiper blade for my 2009 Vibe. I just took the old one off and tried to put the new one on. After watching this video, I still can't get the new wiper blade on, and I destroyed the new blade trying to figure it out. Going to let the auto repair place do it. I can change tires, battery, serpentine belts and pulleys, put a new starter and alternators on tractors, changed a fuel line. But for the life of me, I just cannot do wiper blades......ever.

    I don't know how much those cost where you are at, but, I found it much cheaper to buy a 24" blade, cut the rubber in two, and make 2 blade inserts for my vibe.

    There is a small tab on the back you need to push to release the wiper.

      Daniel Hesse, I just did mine, These are nylon parts, you should have taken your time, also depending on the age it might have been becoming brittle, Today's cars are made with cheap ship plastic That's the real issue.

      @@stclairstclair I did take my time... What, did you think I just ripped it of and snapped it like a twig?

    • @stclairstclair
      @stclairstclair 4 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Daniel Hesse , No actually I even said it could be aging and not as pliable as new, Your defensiveness is telling, What's going on.
