No argument about the cop being wrong and needing to be punished. The reason they make you sign the ticket is not an admission of guilt, but confirmation of receipt. Before they made people do that, people would blow off tickets and then claim that they never got one. It was either someone else using their info, or the cop never actually GAVE them the ticket, so they didn't pay the forfeiture that they didn't know they had or show up for the court appearance that they didn't know they had. Then, when they got picked up on the unpaid ticket, their excuse was "what ticket?" Sometimes it was a lie (plausible deniability), sometimes it was the truth. But if someone forges your signature, you are off the hook and THEY are in trouble.

Unacceptable that cop is a crazy out of control tyrant sick of the lies and trying to hide how bad these cops are and the governor is a piece of 💩for defending his dangerous cop this poor old man was doing nothing wrong
