This practice was beautiful, I love how you always bring up the heat inside within the stillness of less poses.

Patrick, thanks for the great series! Doing it for the 3d time 😝 Can you please teach how to lift both legs from hands in crow pose. Have been trying it for so long and not succeeded. Though there is a fine progress in lifting one leg.
lifting one leg is great, i will add some elements that will help with this soon!
