Oh my god that was intense. I had to tap out at 35 minutes and I couldn't do the extended chatarunga holds omg. I had to modify a bit and my heart rate was through the roof at like 36 minutes lol. This will definitely be something I work at until I can get through the whole thing. Loved the pace of this class it gave time to feel and experience each pose. I’d like to give props to the style of salutations you teach…eight years ago, I broke my elbow and injured my shoulder(I wish I had a cool story for that injury, but I don’t) the come-down to the forearms and knees has been a game changer for me. It fits perfectly with my sustainable movement for longevity lifestyle. I appreciate you and all that you do and will continuously recommend you and your crew to all my clients. Thank you.

Edit: practiced it and now can do it mostly no problem unless I'm having an off or tired or depressed or distracted day :-)
