Had to stop live stream when helicopter landed to refuel. We will start another stream on our TH-cam channel when the helicopter is back up.

Wondering where this flooding happened? The flooded interstate freeway is I-17 just south of the Loop 303 interchange or about 20 miles north of Phoenix. They did close it for a couple of hours. It starts out showing flooding on the North Valley Parkway and adjacent roads. This was caused by a 100 year flood event when a thunderstorm stalled over the hills in the Anthem/Cave Creek area. The hard soils can't absorb the water and it mostly runs off. This was a messy one.
I will be hearing this sound in my dreams now

I think that the School Bus Drivers should not take such risk. Even the cars standing on bridge should not do that. This is very dangereous.
Kalpesh Patel Agreed. If there is one thing I have learned from viewing these flood videos it is that things can turn treacherous very quickly.

Did the school bus drivers lose their jobs? I think that is a major infraction on their part going thru that water. It's like going around the gates at a railroad crossing!

Doesn't matter... if the law says you don't do it... you DON'T do it! And if they were a private firm contracted by the school... If I owned the firm they are fired the moment I see how they place my buses in hazards way!

People are so dumb, they are driving so slow, instead driving through fast, they are slowing down being noisy looking at the flash flood putting people driving behind then in danger and causing traffic. This is how traffic begins, noisy people slowing down to look to see who got pulled over or what's happening on the shoulder lane. They should make s law against that, as soon as u pass the police officers who or off the shoulder lane the road opens up. I hate slow noisy drivers, they are the traffic makers!!
