- TRUMP LATEST NEWS: Law enforcement officials tell The Associated Press bomb-making materials were found inside the vehicle of the man suspected in the Trump rally shooting. There were also bomb-making materials found at his home. Former President Donald Trump was the target of an attempted assassination at a rally on Saturday in Pennsylvania. The FBI named Thomas Matthew Crooks, 20, of Bethel Park, Pennsylvania, as the subject involved in the assassination attempt. The agency said the investigation remains active and ongoing.

2) How did the sniper know the location was unsecured?

The reason why news outlets say "alleged suspect" is due to a legal precedent. Apparently, somewhere, a long time ago, a news outlet declared an innocent person for a wrongdoing and faced a huge backlash when the "alleged suspect" was found innocent. So, basically the term "alleged suspect" is a type of safety net for news outlets even though all apparent evidence points to the "alleged suspect" actually being a "culprit".
If you want to identify bias in news coverage for any story, listen to when news outlets drop the word "alleged" or "allegedly".

No ID, and they shot his face... they say they were identifying him with DNA, however not many people have their DNA on file, so how would that tell who he is? Another news said he lived with his parents, he bought the rifle from his dad and he worked in food service at a nursing home just a few blocks from where he lived and he often walked to work. Had no criminal record but former classmates say he had been a target of bullying because he was quiet and shy. We may never know what all was rattling around in his head.
