- Cyberpunk 2077 Meeting Johnny Silverhand. V meets Johnny Silverhand for the first time in Cyberpunk 2077. After being shot in the head by Dexter DeShawn, V is saved by the Relic biochip. Which turns out to have the psyche of Johnny Silverhand. After falling asleep, Johnny Silverhand finally shows himself to V. Also Misty is the sweetest.

Johnny isn't beating him as much as he's beating himself. He has partial control of V's body until the omega blockers are taken. At least that's how I interpret it.
@@DanteD84 Nothing of confusing, V sees him in his head, if you re-watch the part where he's about to get the pills and he gets a slap, you can see he kinda throws them away, it's because he feels everything but it's not actually there, that's how he interacts

The game does have a delay for the quest to show at least. For me, after waking up and talking to a monk up north we were flipping birds at each other 😂

A lot of people are completely trashing the game because of the bugs but look at Skyrim the game barely worked when it came out and now it’s one of the most legendary games out there
@@cullenpinney2997 Because it was a good game at heart. You didn't see people questioning the review scores after launch. And however legendary that game was to you, it never was as hyped up to be before release as Cyberpunk.
Cyberpunk is a different story. A lot of people had put their money on it to be a success but not many people are feeling exactly 'happy' right now with the final product.
This was by far one of my favourite scenes in a video game.
Not watching any gameplay trailers or anything, I had no idea what Johnny was in the story. This was absolutely awesome.

I love how this is how they meet, and if you do side jobs you become best friends who would take a bullet for eachother.
I felt Johnny was a better friend to V than Jackie was 😅 choosing the secret ending with V making the ultimate sacrifice also highlights that friendship of taking a bullet for eachother ❤
It’s a lot more affective when you’re almost out the door and he pushes you back in. It almost gave me a heart attack.

That and Johnny is pulling a move from the Agents playbook and overriding a living personality with his own simulated one. Albeit Johnny isn't trying to do that.
If anything he seems to find the idea disgusting, which ironically is a bit Smith like.

I mean the bottles are more orange and blue to me in this video. But the fact that they’re showing it is likely meant to imply that the movie had a big impact on the writers to make their own ideas with the concept.

I love how whenever Johnny talks in this scene V's breathing increases, he's heightening V's aggression, causing his fight or flight instincts to kick in.

this situation reminds me of Tales From the Borderlands when Jack appears like a ghost and tries to control Rhys's mind, is almost the same sh¡t lol
Thank you! That's my first time when I see this scene! Except Rhys can take out Jack even it by sacrificing his robot arm and his cybernetic eye. While V is dying.
Well, the concept itself is far from new. But compared to TftBL it is better written here. (With "here" I mean the initial scene of realizing that the guy stuck in your head can control your body against your will.)

Fifty-six years in the future, with flying cars and advanced cyborg limbs, and their manual wheelchairs are less advanced than the one I’m sitting in right now. 😂
Keep in mind that It's alternative universe. In 2020 they already had implants, AIs and much more. And due to body modification, wheelchairs became almost useless. It's just a time-thing for V. As result, the "wheelchair technologies" became stagnated. There's no need in developing fancy wheelchairs if you can replace your legs, spine or whatever your problem is for the same price (even neural network can be modified).
@@danat4914 You’re not wrong. Those kinds of basic transport ‘chairs are still around, mostly in hospitals. Quickie already existed before Cyberpunk 1.0 came out in ‘88, but they’re meant for long-term use-not much point in a titanium ultralight rigid-frame with custom colors and sporty camber if the ripper doc’s just rolling you out of the OR.

The Story, the Soundtrack, and the Romance side jobs are pretty much what's going for this game right now... give it time, and we won't have to worry about glitches or crashes.
I’ve beat the game twice and I love it so much. The bugs never truly bothered me.

Honestly though, the glitches aren’t the only negative. I thoroughly enjoyed the story, the aesthetic (especially the aesthetic, I fell in love with the world of Cyberpunk) and the characters, but the RPG mechanics and the world itself gameplay-wise was just meh. There are good mods that somewhat fix it, but I just wish they didn’t rush it the way they did. Oh well, still a good game, and I hope they learn from their mistakes and do something spectacular with the sequel
I don't get scared in games often, but when he shouts at you to put a bullet through your head.. That freaked me out.
God, i thought I wanted to kill Navi in Ocarina of time, but, boy. Crawling on the floor to those pills as johnny raged, I said, out loud "Neo's gotta die. Blue pills all day, you shitheel!"

Eh I actually think his voice acting is mostly flat. I think he just had so many lines to do it overwhelmed him. Silver hand as a character is just so well written and with silver hand looking like him too it helps
He did a really good job, looking forward to seeing more of him in the dlc
If u immerse into the game it's a scene straight out of a horror movie. Your brain gets tied to a digital ghost who starts haunting you at night. That's damn scary, especially with that rough delivery from Keanu. Great acting.
When playing as female V, Johnny pushing you to the ground, screaming at you, then smashing your face in hits way harder and way scarier.

I had a bacterial infection in my brain a few years ago. It was messing with a lot of stuff and parts of me felt like they were changing. Playing this bit in Cyberpunk was a bit too real. I didn't have Keanu Reeves kicking me around my bedroom but that feeling like your body isn't your own anymore is terrifying. There was a moment during my treatment I didn't really recognize my own thoughts and it was terrifying.
I recovered and the infection is dead. I am not 100% the same person I was before the infection but I have mostly healed. I also carry on conversations with myself during periods of stress or deep thought. It is hard to explain, both sides of the argument are me but they aren't completely. Both sides are working towards the same goal and don't have any malicious thinking, but they do disagree sometimes. Most of the time everything is smooth and things get done. Got better at multitasking, memory got a lot worse.
Definitely glad I don't have Johnny Silverhand trying to take over.

He can control V body and movement
From V's perspective, Johnny is attacking them. From an outsider's perspective, V is hitting themself.
V and Johnny are more or less sharing nervous systems, so anything Johnny does (being the disembodied one) registers to Vs brain as if it's happening in reality, like how a dream can affect your senses during sleep
