Wow, this takes me back to playing as female V and the interactions between her and Jackie. Both Cherami Leigh and Jason Hightower did a fantastic job fleshing out their characters. Go back and replay or rewatch the cab scene where Jackie dies and hear the emotion from both of the voice actors...amazing. Thanks Dan, this brought a huge smile to my face.

They really hired some incredible voice talent for this game. Going back through the game now that 1.5 has dropped and I keep getting reminded. Actors really brought the characters to life. Also I love Jackie Welles voice actor so much, he's perfect

Or it could be the fact I had used the perk points glitch before, and the face plate unlimited money glitch and there's something fucky I've done in the code that keeps causing crashes.

Man no wonder why I connected with Jackie so much. His voice actor really was throwing himself into the role. I mean all of them did of course. Fantastic cast all around and through their voices, the characters came to life and made Night City like a real place we got to visit and become intimately familiar with.

All bugs, delays, mistakes and broken promises, I still, personally, think that Cyberpunk 2077 has carved itself a place in gaming history as a game that has generated so much passion and love from its player base, and especially for its main characters (and those actors who breathed life into them for us). Plus, the music is fantastic. Huge kudos to all those talented musicians that gave us an amazing soundtrack to our lives.
@@Exel3nce Why not? Unless you're still stuck with a PS4/Xbox One and a toaster PC, the game is awesome. Still a few bugs here and there in current gen/good PC, but it doesn't hurt the experience. Great gameplay, story, characters, setting, soundtrack...no reason to hate the game anymore.
Cyberpunk 2077 is a milestone in videogame industry. Broken release, best Ray Tracing visuals, top tier story telling, memorable characters, music that legit sounds like it was composed by a god, top tier world building, and showing other companies how to redeem yourself. Something EA will never learn. Don't trust me? Just wait for Dead Space remake. 2042 is already out, and people hate it (though my friend says it's top tier, and better than Warzone.) Technical difficulties are understandable, but lies aren't, but after thinking about the whole thing, I actually know what the company was probably going through at that point. I just hope that maybe one day, they hard working people behind this game get recognized. Haven't seen a single praise for Keanu Reeve's voice acting or the top tier story telling, or the gods-crafted music by the haters. Hate the game, but at least do it honestly.

I kept the game sleeping for two years on my GOG library, I just lost intrest very quick back then, during the release, I maybe made around 4,5hours of gameplay, now aftear reading a lot of good things about how the game has evolve during this time lapse, I decided to give it a chance around 3 weeks ago, and now I just reach 70 hours of gameplay, the game is absolutely a master piece, my PC hardware runs it perfectly, and as people here mention: the visual, the story, the characters, the gun play, the city itself, everything is aboslutely insane, I'm glad that I gave the game a second chance, I'm close to finish my first run, and already can't wait for the DLC! Everyone who bought this game on the release whit hopes of a great experience: NOW IS THE TIME
Female V is of the best voices I've ever heard. She sounds so genuine in her dialogues, as if you could feel what she feels. Her different tones, moods and emotions in game give me goosebumps everytime. She sounds young, strong and confident, just like a rebel of society would be.
Jane Perry & Emily Woo Zeller voices comes so naturally for the characters that's unbelievable ! Also love Jackie's VA he is amazing and the biggest difference in IRL vs Character VA is clearly Gavin Drea & Male V
Just finished my first playthrough, about 120 hours, and man I was tearing up at the end. W-O-W that game did NOT disappoint. Way to go CDPR, you did it, despite the launch problems, managed to fix things and boy is the result beautiful.
I am 31 hours into this game and I feel like I've just barely scratched the surface of it. Also... it's wild to me how much my V looks like Gavin and I'd never seen him before... just made a face that I thought matched the voice. Wild.
Kerry’s voice actor is probably the most recognizable (other than Keanu of course) considering he is in literally EVERY Bethesda game, mostly just raiders from Fallout 😂
The sounds of the voices in this game are just so good. Skye in Clouds had me in a damn trance and then you have Kerry, female and male V both sound unique and sweet on the ears. Panam has such a bubbly voice too that matches perfectly with how she walks. Excellent choices.
I played both female and male V and after finishing both, male V's voice stuck with me and stole the show. The voice acting was more natural, less forced but also happy or sad/afraid when the occasion called for it.
I thought all the voice actors were phenomenal for this game. Sometimes you can tell when a voice actor phones it in but everyone sounds like they really cared about doing a good job and that’s rare.
Cherami's voice is amazing when I played for the first time I did it with the male version of V but this time I'm using the female version of V and I'm LOVED
that's super cool seeing the cast IRL like that! 2077 was definitely a hell of a game and the lot of them definitely helped add character to the characters in night city.
This is such a weird video to watch. My brain really attached their voices to those characters, and seeing "other people" talk with those voices messes with my brain.
man, i'm really happy i got to play male V. his voice is just...i don't know. the way he expresses emotions is amazing. his anger, stoicism, when he's joking with jackie, and when he's crying at Jackie's death and at Vik's...i felt it resonate with me. his kindness, especially when he's being sweet with panam, absolutely loved the gentleness of it all. dude's the real V to me, and will always be. he's perfect for the role, thank you mr.gavin drea for giving us such a beautiful fucking character

Wow Jason just kills it, it comes so naturally to him. Amazing voice, great character. Only thing I was missing was hearing Cherami say "to haboobs!".

@@Exel3nce Why not? Unless you're still stuck with a PS4/Xbox One and a toaster PC, the game is awesome. Still a few bugs here and there in current gen/good PC, but it doesn't hurt the experience. Great gameplay, story, characters, setting, soundtrack...no reason to hate the game anymore.
Cyberpunk 2077 is a milestone in videogame industry. Broken release, best Ray Tracing visuals, top tier story telling, memorable characters, music that legit sounds like it was composed by a god, top tier world building, and showing other companies how to redeem yourself. Something EA will never learn. Don't trust me? Just wait for Dead Space remake. 2042 is already out, and people hate it (though my friend says it's top tier, and better than Warzone.)
Technical difficulties are understandable, but lies aren't, but after thinking about the whole thing, I actually know what the company was probably going through at that point. I just hope that maybe one day, they hard working people behind this game get recognized. Haven't seen a single praise for Keanu Reeve's voice acting or the top tier story telling, or the gods-crafted music by the haters. Hate the game, but at least do it honestly.
@@TheSoulExplorer I recently fired up Far Cry New Dawn, and THAT has some nasty bugs still. Cyberpunk's looking pretty good lately by comparison, CDPR stuck it out and supported the game longer than any "true" AAA studio would have, that's for sure.
I kept the game sleeping for two years on my GOG library, I just lost intrest very quick back then, during the release, I maybe made around 4,5hours of gameplay, now aftear reading a lot of good things about how the game has evolve during this time lapse, I decided to give it a chance around 3 weeks ago, and now I just reach 70 hours of gameplay, the game is absolutely a master piece, my PC hardware runs it perfectly, and as people here mention: the visual, the story, the characters, the gun play, the city itself, everything is aboslutely insane, I'm glad that I gave the game a second chance, I'm close to finish my first run, and already can't wait for the DLC! Everyone who bought this game on the release whit hopes of a great experience: NOW IS THE TIME
Female V is of the best voices I've ever heard. She sounds so genuine in her dialogues, as if you could feel what she feels.
Her different tones, moods and emotions in game give me goosebumps everytime. She sounds young, strong and confident, just like a rebel of society would be.

Also love Jackie's VA he is amazing and the biggest difference in IRL vs Character VA is clearly Gavin Drea & Male V
Just finished my first playthrough, about 120 hours, and man I was tearing up at the end. W-O-W that game did NOT disappoint. Way to go CDPR, you did it, despite the launch problems, managed to fix things and boy is the result beautiful.

As for some non main characters, i found that Placide was really memorable. Just the tone and a manner how he spoke really did fit the character.

I am 31 hours into this game and I feel like I've just barely scratched the surface of it. Also... it's wild to me how much my V looks like Gavin and I'd never seen him before... just made a face that I thought matched the voice. Wild.

Kerry’s voice actor is probably the most recognizable (other than Keanu of course) considering he is in literally EVERY Bethesda game, mostly just raiders from Fallout 😂

The sounds of the voices in this game are just so good. Skye in Clouds had me in a damn trance and then you have Kerry, female and male V both sound unique and sweet on the ears. Panam has such a bubbly voice too that matches perfectly with how she walks. Excellent choices.

I played both female and male V and after finishing both, male V's voice stuck with me and stole the show. The voice acting was more natural, less forced but also happy or sad/afraid when the occasion called for it.
Cyberpunk had such good voice acting, great job to all the voice actors in this game👍

I thought all the voice actors were phenomenal for this game. Sometimes you can tell when a voice actor phones it in but everyone sounds like they really cared about doing a good job and that’s rare.

Cherami's voice is amazing when I played for the first time I did it with the male version of V but this time I'm using the female version of V and I'm LOVED
that's super cool seeing the cast IRL like that! 2077 was definitely a hell of a game and the lot of them definitely helped add character to the characters in night city.
I love female V's lines in the game, always a hint of sarcasm in every line, starting a new character to hear male V see of his lines are said.
Cherami Leigh is so sweet and bubbly that I have a hard time believing female V's trucker mouth comes from that person.

man, i'm really happy i got to play male V. his voice is just...i don't know. the way he expresses emotions is amazing. his anger, stoicism, when he's joking with jackie, and when he's crying at Jackie's death and at Vik's...i felt it resonate with me. his kindness, especially when he's being sweet with panam, absolutely loved the gentleness of it all. dude's the real V to me, and will always be. he's perfect for the role, thank you mr.gavin drea for giving us such a beautiful fucking character
