Soing this for myself 4 cups of All Purpose Flour 1/2 tsp of Salt 1/4 cup of Granulated Sugar 1 cup of Milk, warmed up to about 110 degrees 2-1/4 tsp of Active Dry Yeast 1/4 cup of Unsalted Butter, softened at room temperature 2 Eggs 1 Envelope of Vanillina or 2 tsp of Vanilla Extract Granulated Sugar Nutella
If you cut the circles in the dough very closely between rows like in a stack of pipes you minimize the waste a lot, but making straight rows leaves those stars and if you are not picky they look amazing as a different shaped donut and also there is close to no waste! Thank you for those delicious recipes!

I didn't manage to get his secret recipe of course but I got a good idea of it and I'm looking forward to sharing it! In Portugal we called them Bola de Berlim and it's really good. You can have them pretty much everywhere including at the beach. While you are sunbathing there are people walking around in the sand selling these. Did that last week and it was amazing ❤ I must try this. Thank you 😊
For no waste maybe roll out the dough into a rectangle or square and cut the doughnuts into squares instead of traditional circle,taste the same just a different shape and no waste
I kind of hav trouble making homemade nut butters, but for sure sprouts or even Whole Foods have some of the most delicious (not too sweet, more hazelnut flavor than Nutella does) 😋 totally worth it and definitely check the ingredients to be sure, but that stuff is SOO much better

In Argentina you can get them plain or filled with dulce de leche or pastry custard. We call them bola de fraile! Last weekend I had one, omg, it was SO GOOD! craving for one right now.
That's a better technique than an older recipe I have used which called for two halves to be sandwiched together, with a dollop of cream in the middle. There were issues around leakage and an incompletely cooked center. This looks great, thanks!
I'm in the middle of making these, and I'm about to set them to rise. I almost got 24 out of this, I didn't want to waste any dough so I tried rerolling it and it rolled perfectly! I took the scraps, kneaded them by hand for about 5 minutes, and it rolled just fine. I kept doing it until there wasn't much dough left so I discarded very little.

You don’t have to use palm oil. Just any flavorless oil with a high smoke point
They have the nutella of Costco brand and it has no PALM OIL... its called hazelnut spread
