- India is beautiful, diverse, chaotic and extremely political. On the same day I arrive in Varanasi, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is visiting for an election rally. While exploring the city, I meet some locals near the ghats before I dive through a Modi BJP rally (where I get robbed). The following day, my faith in humanity is restored by the kindness of a stranger.

Be careful foreigners aren't suppose to attend any political rally or protest in India .. there was an Australian TH-camr who attended some protest in 2019 or early 2020, his visa was suspended

He is NOT responsible for Gujrat riots. He (note: this was not even 1 year into him becoming a Chief Minister for the "first time") did his level best to STOP the riots. Plus, there has been countless investigations carried out even when his arch rival party was in power in India (and he was not popular (like now) back then) and none of those investigations found anything against him and on the contrary it was found that some of the leaders in anti-Modi civilian organizations were receiving funds from "somewhere" and some (including one police officer) even went low to torture people into giving false testimony.
