  • I hope you guys are all ready for my upcoming Sculpt Season 2 30-Day Challenge!
    Join Carissa as I take her through a warm up followed by 1 round of a Lower Body Circuit. This whole workout includes the following:
    WORKOUT
    Warm Up: Repeated 2x
    Lower Body Circuit: Repeated 2x
    Upper Body Circuit: Repeated 3x
    Core/Cardio Circuit: Repeated 2x
    Every workout in the challenge will be a FULL LENGTH follow along workout. Workouts will not be longer than 45 min. So no excuses.
