    Thank you for making this video! It was clear, and concise. When I first removed the stock third brake light, I was thinking that something was missing. Of course, there are no instructions, so your video will help me to get the installation right.

      Nope what ever I did in the video was it. It’s still on the truck today no leaks. But you can put a bead of silicon around it for better peace of mind.

    Random question for you, what carport do you have? Looks like much better quality then Some of the ones I’ve come across. Looking for something for my boat. Thanks In advance!

    I purchased the same one for my 2013 f-150 supercrew and the stock one has three bulbs, the new one has two and I had to take the bulb out of the third one so I can turn the base into the light. I’m really disappointed the new one isn’t as bright it’s worse. Just as you did I to used the original screws instead of the ones that came with it. The only thing I hope is that it doesn’t leak now, even though it has a thicker gasket.

      Mine is still holding up great! For a cheaper light it’s good. But yes I hate the thicker gasket look. Yea you only have 2 hook ups the third is just the dummy hole. Since you only need one plug for brake lights and one for the cargo light

    New Update:

    Hey bro i have 2012 f150 fx4 with a 2.5 level kit just want to know do you feel any vibration in the cab while driving im thinking i need shocks bt its been like that since i got it

    • @5.0jeffro
      @5.0jeffro  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      No I never had any vibrations. Well depends on what vibration your talking about. The spacer level was a little more rough on the ride quality. I have a video talking about the 2in puck level I had. I have a different set up now I need to make a video about.

    What if the cargo light stays on. How do you get Just the brake light to come on?

    • @5.0jeffro
      @5.0jeffro  ปีที่แล้ว

      No sure what your asking. The red lights only come on With the brake.

    Do your reverse lights work with the brake light?

    • @5.0jeffro
      @5.0jeffro  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Idk why these lights always say reverse lights. They just mean cargo lights. No reverse lights.

      @5.0jeffro  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@duncandissorderlli4260 yea the cargo lights don’t bother me. I got flash lights if I need them. The cargo light isn’t that bad on this light.
