      I’ve done this 3 times now and felt sore each time. With other ab workouts I might be sore the first time, but it’s hard to get that awesome feeling again on the next try. Thank you Caroline!!!

    for ONCE I felt something in my lower abs. usually "low ab" videos only work my upper abs but this video is stellar!

      Hey So like for me I feel some pressure on my lower abs but the pressure on my upper abs is way more so is that okay?

      @@sakinashahiwala95 it is normal, I do too. Just make sure you always press your back on the mat and try to mentally focus on the lower abs. And it is okay, most the of exercices for lower abs work your entire core

    I'm normally skeptical of ab workouts that claim they are "intense", but this was true to it's word. Thanks for the lower ab torture 😄 I look forward to being able to do this with ankle weights eventually too!

    Definitely my favorite lower abs workout and by far my favorite workout channel in general. I can't recommend these videos enough to anyone trying to get more fit. Caroline you have been my saving grace and my biggest inspiration to stick to my goals everyday while being stuck to my dorm room for workouts!

    I love this ab workout Caroline! It’s very tough, but it feels so good! It’s good pain. I’m 45 yrs old and had back surgery when I was 27. I’ve always tried to focus on strengthening my core due to my back problems. I was diagnosed with Degenerative Disc Disease (DDD) when I was 22 yrs old and as a result of the DDD, I have 3 herniated discs and 1 slipped vertebrae in my lower back.
    In December of 2018, I was in a terrible state with my back. I couldn’t hardly walk and was having severe nerve pain (sciatica) in my right leg. I had to consult with a surgeon to discuss a 2nd back surgery which would involve inserting a metal cage in my back that would pull the slipped vertebrae back into alignment with the rest of my spine AND he would fuse the 3 herniated discs in my lower back which would leave me with limited mobility and that’s not a good thing 😕
    Due to the good Lord answering my prayers 🙏🏻 and by me doing my part to strengthen my core/abs, I was able to avoid this barbaric 2nd surgery and was able to walk again without pain. I have never felt better thanks to your workouts! I want to say thank you for working so hard for us, so that we can keep our bodies healthy and strong 💪🏻 You are an inspiration and a breath of fresh air. You really motivate me! Keep up the good work 👍🏻

    I’m going to be honest. I had a flat stomach a few hours after doing this workout. I’m skinny anyway but after having a c-section I had a “pouch”. It was gone for like 3 days after doing this! I forgot to save it so I had a hard time finding it again but here I am! Obviously I’m not expecting this every time. I was shocked to even see anything after 1 time but it was there and noticeable! I will be doing this regularly for sure. Caroline does amazing workouts!

    Sentimental towards this video as it is how I first found Caroline and her workouts. I remember thinking- wow, finally someone who is challenging me. Since then Caroline has been part of my every day- adding joy and excitement to every workout.     Been doing this almost everyday and my lower abs is always on fire! After a couple of weeks, My boyfriend finally got me some ankle weight 😍 and it is really cute and he’s supportive about me 🥰 and I used it here in this lower and workout !!! My gosh , guysss !     Week 6, day 3 - completed x2 and alternated with the 10 min obliques workout x2. I promise I didn't pointlessly wave my legs & watched that lower back position. :-) I really focused on getting the most out of each move. :-) Now, onto tomorrow's workout...

    Today I’d done Lower abs from the program 30 minute and 1 hour from Full body workouts at home feel very tend with top leg but, after I’d done all 2 sessions I’m feeling very light with my body that’s so good when you e to trying to burned out as much as you could , and I listening to my body hows my body limited workouts for a day .       I worked out for two weeks but had to stop because of my cycle and I stopped binge eating and drank a lot of green juices. I’m already really thin but it helped, I felt my stomach was much tighter and harder.

    I have done many ab routines by different youtubers, but this MY GOD IS BY FAR THE MOST INTENSE!! I was dying bythe end xp I thought I could hate reverse crunches xD but more the inetnsity more the gains! no pain no gain!

    Hi if you are wondering if this works or not then you found the right comment.
    First in order for this to work you need to do this daily and do it correctly. The tips are told by Caroline in the beginning of the video. (Also I rarely ate meat. This helped a lot as well, but I don’t like meat but I eat it twice a week for health purposes)
    Before:Im 15 years old with a 24 inch waist
    After: I’m 15 years old with a 23 inch waist. My stomach definitely got flatter and I see my abs coming. My stomach is MUCH more harder. And I did this in only 3 days. If you stay determined then you will get the results you are looking for.
    Day 1: it burned for sure and I didn’t see any progress
    Day2: I saw my stomach got flatter and when I flexed my abs It felt hard but I didn’t see them yet.
    Day3: my underwear fit looser than they usually do. When i sit I have no fat coming out of my jeans. I still so have some lower fat but very tiny. My stomach is a lot more harder than the previous days. I look at myself in the Mirror and i have never seen a workout that has given me such a great result abs in only the third day.
    Overall I’m still going to try for an entire week or month. I’m am extremely happy with the results. I have never in my life felt this fit. I recommend you to try this. At first I almost gave up but I motivated myself and now I am happy I didn’t give up. This is the only workout that actually worked for me and I will continue to try it.
    Also I might comment this a couple more times because I will describe my results in the next couple of days. Sorry if you see the same comment.

      @@hoangthai3974 the fourth day and the fifth day were pretty much the same and so on. I didn’t get abs because my mom had my baby sister so I missed two days. My stomach did 100% get flatter. After the last day I got my period and I’m still in it. But I think the workout worked because during my period my stomach was flat even without working out. Also I ate more and nothing happened my stomach maintained flat

    3.4.23: never did so many reverse crunches in one workout. I sweat a lot after 10mins. I think this is great blood circulation during menses. I feel better!!

    Amazing, she cares about how you feel and giving guidelines to observe how you feel and relevant teaching points before the session starts about back care.
    30 seconds of various exercises, followed by 30 seconds of reverse curl crunches, followed by your next exercise. You can feel it work for sure!
    Simple and effective which is what we like. A couple of different moves in there too with the leg abduction, I love this, because it gets the body used to working other muscle groups as stabilisers or assists as you focus on the primary area.
    Caroline is definitely on my watch list!! Just love all of your workouts - 1hour HiiT Friday was immense !!

    I cant believe the excersices looks so easy, but it get the abs burning, and 10 min feels like an hour. The nice thing about it, it saves time, if you dont have enough time to excersise like me. Thank you.

    “Intense” was a totally accurate description!! Had to take a few pauses throughout but I completed it and feel amazing. Know I’ll be feeling sore tomorrow, best feeling in the world 😀
