You couldn't have been more right when you said don't get a wolf dog if you don't have the room it needs to roam. Wolves are not domesticated animals and should be in a hole in the ground as opposed to in your house. A little tip: If you let them develop a sound borrow, their tendency to roll in ICK 'lessens.' I had a pack of pure bred Mississippi Timber Wolfs adopt me as a child back in the 80s. They came to my 4 year old defense when faced with a roaming mountain cat traveler that ventured out of the Tennessee mountain's due to a combination of fires and needed clear cutting as fire preventative. After coming to my aid and buying me enough time to scat-arse back to the house, they stuck around to observe me and my pack. Eventually I became somewhat of a den mother to them, and in time I begin finding pups which were turned over to the wild life preserve when birth mother did not make it back for her untouched pups. Every week we would bring the pups back for visits just so the pack knew the babies were well and good. We were right off of Native American reserve territory, so I refused to make a single move without the aid of the Tribe, as I know the Spiritual Significance of my situation. All-in-all I ended up having about 4 or 5 litters dropped with me, ans the Tribe deemed my spirit animal to be a wolf as they had obviously adopted me to the point of finding me just to bring me to see their pups. If she laid to feed them and let me know she was tending them we left the pups, if she seemed to be rejecting them as if it were her first litter and the pack were testing her, I would play den mother and the pups were placed with natural resources to do anything from repopulate natural territories to go live in the wolf reserve. I named some of the wolves they have to this very day. M is for MOTHER because she died fighting the pack for them right infront of my eyes, immediately after dropping them. At one point I was nust walking behind her collecting her pups as she dropped them mid-dog-fight and moving them into their cardboard fruit box... My Grandparents had a heavily wooded 500+ acre farm with a couple hundred head of cattle and a gopher issue that the wolves thrives off of while respecting (for the most part) the size and significant force of our Black Angus. We were extra careful when calving and brought the Momma to be into the field close to thr house. In turn the endangered pregnant wolves figured out THIS IS WHERE THE HUMANS TAKE CARE OF THE NEWBORNS and started dropping pups at our door on our steps in some cases. I'll never forget sitting there with the rod iron screen door closed and the wooden door open as one Momma wolf whelped her pups LITERALLY on our front porch with the youngsters standing by watching me deliver fresh water and fresh butcher trimmings specifically catered towards replenishing her health after whelping. She was HUGELY Pregnant... Big as a house, and still stopping to perch atop the fence she every time she climbed it. She fell once, and yelped when she hit the ground. I acted instinctively and ran over to her to check on her. I happened to have a ham sandwich so I fed it to her because she was obviously pregnant and needed food. I started leaving all our butcher left overs on the front porch in the bowl my grandmother used to wash the fruit from the grove in. The next thing I knew we were friends and she was whelping her whole litter on our front porch. She would whelp a pup, clean it, take it to her den mother and come back to whelp. Every time she left I would run new scraps out to the bowl because I knew if there was a food shortage then the pups would be in danger. After that, what I can only presume were all her girls came back to continue the strange ritual of PRIDE when it was their time. Next thing I know there was what I can only equate to a custody battle and there I was, shirt covered in placenta from saving pup 2 after hearing pup 1 get rejected, wolf pup wrapped in my shirt while I was wearing it, running over to dump the fruit out so I could use it to collect the pups realizing that wolves were an endangered species not only due to the actions of man, but of rejection from the pack as well.
ok if the grey wolf and dog aren't related then how can they breed? it funny that you say they aren't related but there is less then 1% of a Genetic variation between the two.
i have rescued a wolf. at the time it looked like a wolf but wasn't sure. i went up to the house and told the people i'm taking your abused dog. they looked at me and said if you can get to him with out him eating you go ahead. what they didn't know was i already had built a trust with him so i walked up put a leash on him unhooked and and we walked off. he could barely walk. i brought him home he didn't even know how to go up or down stairs. gave him a bath fed him over the weekend took him to the vet Monday and the vet almost freaked out. and did a DNA test. and he turned out to be 99.7% pure Arctic wolf and he was here in Texas. he only weighed 68 pounds and should be able 170. he had to report it to who ever. but i got to take him home and 3 days later someone showed up checked him out and said i couldn't keep him. but i found out the was brought to Texas when he was a baby and lived his life on a chain. so i went to court to prove that he would not survive in the wild or in a cage and they said he had heart worms and wouldn't live a year anyways so the let me keep him . and he only lasted 9 months but Snow was a happy wolf and knew what love was for the first time in his life. and of all things his best friend was a wild racoon.
oh and the guy that had the wolf got 5 years' probation and fined (not sure how much) and the way they fixed him would make you sick if i told you so not going to.
Qué pena, el lobo tenía gusanos en el corazón por los parásitos... núnca lo cuidaron ni fueron piadosos Con el pobre animal. Gracias por salvarlo!👍❤️🇦🇷🌎
This just came into my suggested list. I could not agree with you more. Our neighbour's had no dog handling / raising experience and went with a wolf hybrid dog and could not handle him at all. They decided to just medicate him and it was horrible. I felt so bad for him. They should not have been able to purchase him.
Aww that’s so sad. If I’m being honest even most experienced dog owners should not be purchasing wolf dogs unless they understand every detail of the wolf dog.
Had a wonderful wolf dog. Joe. Was 1/4 wolf, 1/4 German Shepherd and half lab. He was all black and looked like a wolf, but was a wonderful family dog. He lived to 17 years old and is greatly missed.
My grandma has a Giant Wolfdog, he's an enormous male doggo called 'Paco' pronounced Patso, he's HUGE, a dark murky black colour, he's a guard dog but he's very lovable. He's so fluffy and cute, but he is also very threatening to strangers so he keeps their house very safe, his bark is so loud! I love him! :D
Ocean is *absolutely stunning!* Her fur looks like wool. I just wish people would do their homework on ANY breed of dog before getting one. It's so very sad and selfish when the poor dog has to be returned or worse. All puppies are cute but they do grow up and with that come responsibilities. Thanks for this lovely vid.
Unfortunately a lot of people do not do even a basic research - the worst I EVER encountered - a man who got the first puppy of his life on his 70th birthday (living in an apartment house btw.) and they got him... a male Sredneasiatskaya ovtcharka! I am not kidding, honestly, if I had not seen it with my own eyes I would not believe it. These dogs are highly territorial and protective and need a very experienced handler, not to mention the insignificant little fact that a male can weight up to 110 kg. That puppy was approx. 3 months old and the man had already problems to handle it physically.
STOP!!! Oh my goodness I am dying looking into her eyes. I just immediately fall for a fluffy dog that has unique eyes, I know a lot of people are afraid of dogs with different colored eyes but I just can’t help but fall in love. I am so happy for you I can’t even express how much.
I have lived with a wolf. I wouldn't recommend it. I got my wolf as a "Samoyed mix" which I did dog rescue. They are very different from dogs. I strongly recommend against having a wolf unless you talk to several people who have had them. They are extremely difficult to own. My wolf, for example, if he wanted out, he would work tirelessly to get out. Break windows, work on doors, extremely destructive. They have to have a lot of supervision, and a lot of space and they aren't nearly as affectionate as a dog is, and not very playful. A dog is like an eternal kid, a wolf is like a room mate. They are very much an adult.
I love how you didn't say no one could have them but instead listed all the rigorous requirements needed in a person in order to have a properly socialized and happy wd. ❤
Sighthounds in general. I've also been dying for a Greyhound video, or even more so, PLEASE dedicate a video to the Ibizian Hounds of Spain! This is a beautiful breed that is, sadly, treated so cruelly in its home land and needs some serious love and our help. The same goes for the Podenco- the Spanish Greyhound. Just 2 more beautiful dogs who need some attention.
@@Animal-Watch or the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel …. The Monarchs namesake . I call my Black and Tan “ Your Lordship” he thinks he’s Charles Stewart !!!! My Ruby is not so Regal He jumps head first into bushes and the likes , when he was a pup he’d walk on two legs on the lead he got so excited when it came to walks and bounce relentlessly on two legs . We should of named him Zeberdee !!!
I can't even imagine the work you have put into this beautiful wolf dog. She sure is a looker! It seems you're her perfect Mom. Best regards EDIT: Ocean has a beautiful look. She could be a stuffed animal. So adorable. I can see how people would want one, but i'd have to say well over 99% of people aren't prepared for a pet like Ocean! Most aren't even prepared for a Husky dog.
You are a great dog owner.. People don’t understand how much time (& training )you have to put in to get a well behaved dog ( This is true for all the powerful breeds)..
So true! And nowadays there's a lot of people who have come to believe, for reasons unknown, that training a dog is abusive. They see a dog that looks for the owner to guidance and respects spaces, people and other animal, and they say that the owners are "taking away their nature" and mistreating them for them to obey out of fear. People are so annoying, mistaken animals with children and then when the dog get to be a riot and destroy everything, bite theys kids and do what they want, people send the animal to a shelter and say that "they can't handle the dog". Respectful and concerned owners study to understand their dog's personality and put the effort to train them accordingly, having a peaceful, well nurtured dog and a peaceful relationship with them.
Oh my goodness....you are 100% correct! I had to giggle remembering the puppy phase in my two WD. Love them unconditionally and yes, I'm full time working at home and it's the only way to successfully own this breed. I did take both our WD through intensive dog training with a certified trainer. Best thing I've ever done! Good job on this video!!!
Our wolf dog hybrid had wolf and GSD in her . The lottery ( i like this discription) gave her almost no GSD characteristics. Her back did not slope, her coat was basically wolf type white and she shed year round especially in the summer. Although being socialized with my sons friends she still is very cautious . Wanting to meet people slowly. Never barks and is not protective. She is 16 now and we baby her a lot. We have steps that we carry her up and down . One of a kind.
Thank you so very much for taking the time to express how different it is to raise and live with a Wolfdog vs a domestic dog! Ocean is truly beautiful and she is in great hands!🥰👍
What incredibly beautiful animals. Ocean is especially stunning... probably one of the most beautiful dogs I have ever seen. I truly admire your dedication, hard work, and most of all love in caring for these creatures. I certainly would love to have something as beautiful as these animals in my life, but they would be way too much for me to handle, haha! So I will enjoy them from afar by watching your videos!
Ocean is stunning! I am so happy that my giant Alaskan Malamute is a sweet, enormous, couch potato. I never have to worry about him eating the furniture or destroying the house. ❤️
This reminds me of my school years when I had at the same time a German Shepherd and a Husky, since they were puppies I took them to the pub down the road, and of course I took them hiking regularly. Fun times, they were like the central personages at the pub, everyone knew them. The say was: "I'm going down the pub for e beer with Max and Rita".
Shes crying out for a cuddle, but a good documentary explaining the responsibility and skills required, let alone the space, to have one of these magnificent dogs. They’re simply beautiful 😊
This was truly informative thank you so much for the information. You are definitely a rare person and a special woman yourself to have such a gorgeous creature as your best pal. What a majestic animal! Just striking!
Ocean is a beautiful wolfdog. I had a wolfdog which was 70-80% looked like a large timber wolf. The dog half, not sure. But Tiko had more of the timber wolf look. My adopted dad didnt like how protective Tiko was of me. He sent Tiko back to previous owner. I was heartbroken. After that huge bf loss, I adopted 2 feral siamese cats. Tiko is nothing like a dog in behavior! Tho' Tiko was loyal only to me. He wanted to be with me constantly which probably scared my adopted dad very much. Dad was mean to me so he deserved my Tiko's aggressive baring teeth reaction. Wolfdogs are a whole different beast incomparison to a dog. So dont adopt one UNLESS you can respect their natural nature. They LOVE to hunt, rip & tear stuff up. Tiko loved heights. Loved running, walking, & jumping. Can run 50+ miles in one day. He hated kennels! Around other dogs I had to use alot of "Psssst" noises so Tiko knew when not to get aggresive with the other dog. Wolfdogs are more work than a dog!!! You need an extremely strong harness & leash because their strength is more powerful than the strongest dog. Tiko was 150lbs. So, unless you know what you are in for, don't get a wolfdog!!! So, if you want to get back in touch with nature; Go camping (boondocking aka roughing it).
@Help Is On the Way Thank you for your kind words. Tiko is just fine too with the previous owner whom treats wolves & wolfdogs well. I think he ran a wolf santuary? He is Indigenous. Not an alcoholic nor druggie. He was a respectable elder. Tho' my bf Tiko was taken from me without my permission, I have deep respect for Indigenous elders like him. My adopted dad did not understand nor respect the old ways of Indigenous ppl.
I love listening to the howling and the shrieking. It brings joy to the primeval part of me. I knew someone who had a Timberwolf dog but it was 80% Timberwolf. It was absolutely gorgeous and the fur did feel as you said, like stiff fur. If you look up a picture of the Timberwolf you will see long lanky legs with giant paws and a very long snout. They are Beautiful. The is exactly What the Timberwolf dog looks like. The gentlemen’s family had been raising them for at least three generations and his father gave him the pick of the litter which was this now grown and glorious timber Wolf. I’ll leave out the dog because at 80% Timberwolf the dog part doesn’t really matter. The Timberwolf dog is always off leash and he and the Timberwolf communicate in their own way but he can Not give orders only companionship and advice. I had never seen anything like him before and I was truly blessed as these creatures are not visible to many people.
I ran into a dude at the dog park with a pure wild wolf (mother was killed by poachers, he was a ranger and took the lone surviving pup on at 3 weeks old). He reaffirmed that I do not want a wolf. He said it was not a pet, his whole life revolved around keeping that animal happy. He also mentioned that he'd lucked out cause the last wolf he had was way more work and that this one was relatively calm and was actually willing to listen to him most of the time.
Love your channel, your love and dedication to dogs and the useful information. Ocean looks beautiful you can see in her eyes she's well trained, confident and happy!
The larger companion dogs need a big yard, lots of walks, and vehicle manners. My 10yr. old son's beastie is a huge malamute, shepherd, husky, and it's taken 2.5 years to leash train him. All these dogs are a commitment. Your blue is stunning.
Aw this was so awesome to watch. So happy I came across your channel. I absolutely love dogs. I have always been curious about wolf dogs. Thank you for all the beautiful insight. Really is important to make wise choices when taking in a new furry family member. I love your energy and love for animals. Cheers! You are so lucky to have Ocean.
That was an amazing vid. As soon as I saw it, I wanted one but after watching your video, I guess I’ll never have one. They’re probably ridiculous expensive but what a gorgeous dog. Thanks for the visit it was great first time I ever seen a blue wolf awesome
She is absolutely beautiful. Stunning colour, I really enjoy watching your videos and learning more about the wolf dog and other breeds. I think everyone should do their research before getting one as sadly the outcome is not always good when people take on a dog they don’t know much about x
❤ I very much enjoy your content- I breed healthy, beautiful Longhaired German Shepherds- I can’t say enough to newer puppy parents about socializing & training!!! You’re so right on. I only have a few litters each year because I put 100% into all my puppies. I am always available- I give back deposits. I only want “homes” that want them as family! It would break my heart for anything different. I’m 100% agree with you on knowing the breeder. & the puppies family mom dad present & available- hopefully the brother & sisters around too. Don’t be afraid of asking a ton of questions. Seeing how the mom & dad are handled. Every night I have people in the group that are with that litter. I showed them videos real time of the puppies growing up from birth till they are over eight weeks old. I can’t believe how many people love that. I think that’s so important that people get attached to their puppies . But that’s so easy to do. Ocean is so beautiful & very very lucky to have such a great fur momma like you! Thanks for letting ppl know what to expect! I’ve always wanted a blue wolf 🐺 I know for a fact I can’t do it. :( But I sure will watch Ocean! 💙💙💙
A common problem I see is people who buy a Husky (or similar) because they are beautiful, not having any real idea what it can be like. When I was given a husky puppy, it was almost a wild animal (scars to prove it). It took constant corrections and daily activities for it to finally become safe around smaller animals. Now amazing and sweet, but could have been something else.. There are thousands of northern breed dogs in pounds that have pretty much gone to waste due to lack of proper training and socialization. If anyone is interested in them, they should FOSTER some local dogs of that breed and see how it goes. Although a husky convert, there are days when I miss the lower stress life of owning a Lab. Off-leash walking is a distant dream.
After raising 5 of them i can't thank you enough for you wonderful advice it truly very helpful good on you and truly greatly appreciated they definitely can be scaley wags for sure so thanks again look forward to your future videos lotsa love ❤️ from Canada
I praise you for once again warning people, so valuable. I always loved wolves and thought I wanted one, but growing up I learned that they do not fit me in the slightest. So enjoying them from a distance or through a screen will have to do, while I stick to breeds that I know will have a good life with me
What a beautiful girl! Our sweet mixed breed is also named Ocean. We got him from the humane society as a puppy and they'd already named him Ocean and we liked it. But I haven't heard the name anywhere else.
This gal puts together some of the more interesting & entertaining animal & dog video's on youtube ! Fascinating production---thoroughly enjoyed it ! :)
nice segment ... Anneka Svenska does such a wonderful job teaching about so many different breeds ... shame the audio levels are all over the place - low high low again loud again ... video is very clean
She's beautiful 😍. I had a Wolf ❤️. My grandfather and I were hunting and I found a Wolf cub. My grandfather told me to leave it alone, but some other hunters came by and said that the mother was dead. Don't know who did it but I found the cub and took him home with me. I had him for a long time.
Watching your show, I am constantly AMAZED by just how many different dog breeds there are, many with names I have never even heard before!! Thanks for the education:-)
I am also amazed by all the things I learned from academic to practical. I’m particularly glad to learn about Merle coloring-something I thought merely affected looks and not the functioning of the eyes.
Such a good channel! One that explains well and can make one realize how of a fit we can be or not and thus enabling a happy home for humans and dogs/wolfdogs
Fanfriggingtastic information. You are a special lady to have the patience to train such gorgeous and smart dogs. I envy you as I have always loved wolves. And my indigenous sign is a wolf😊 thank you for sharing ✌️
We had a 35% hybred timberwolf, Malmute and German Sheperd (Asia), started socializing at 5 weeks, she could be demanding at times, but was the most loyal dog I have owned, super smart, what was funny we did socialize her with children, however, I never seen a dog take to looking after small children as she did, a mother and daughter were playing with other little kids and Asia and the dad showed up and Asia started growling when he came near the children until we introduce him to Asia. When my wife and I were together she paid us no mind playing with other dogs at the park. When she was just with my wife she would play while constantly checking on my wife, and when vendors came to the house she would sit between my wife and vendor and no hand shakes. She would not bite just nudge their hand away. Your video is spot on, not everyone is cut to own a hybred, it take a lot of patience and attention. We named her Asia because she was a bit stubborn LOL
Of course Ocean is a beautiful wolfdog 😍❤️. I'm very happy with my Malamute/Husky Mix and my siberian Husky. One of them looks like a wolf sometimes and that's enough for me. I wish you a wonderful time with your fur babies 🙏❤️
Wow. That dog is going to be gorgeous when it is full grown. It already is. So cool. We have a wolf dog breeder in our area and I know five different people that have one of his puppies and I've seen several others getting walked by their owners. Everyone here just loves his dogs. They really look like wolves. They're very large. But their temperament is so awesome. They just have the perfect characteristics. I've never seen so many dogs from one breeder in one town . Lol. I honestly don't know if he's ever sold one to someone not in this area. But all the ones I know go everywhere with their owners. I see one out at the grocery store or while walking my dogs at least twice a week and I always go up to them and pet them. And every single one of them is not aggressive to my dogs. We can walk right up to any of them and they just sniff each other. Just excellent characteristics. But they've all told me that training them was more work than they ever imagined. But they all say you have to put in that time while they're young or else they are just going to be kind of wild and out of control as adults. Really cool dogs.
Our pets are family, not just companions. Chief is an escape artist fleeing outside at any opportunity. He's escaped his harness while outdoors three times. Thankfully, even though he runs he still stays nearby. Just the other day the leash slipped out of my hands. Thankfully he stayed when I told him to and I was able to pick it up again. He loves his daily walks but doesn't like the harness vest. I recorded a video of him telling me as clear as day that he didn't want to wear it. Don't underestimate how other creatures feel as we do. Wild animals follow their instincts, not a conscience.
I've been training my own dogs for about 35 years now many dogs have been born, lived they're life and died with me and I miss them all ( I never turn away an animal in need) I'm currently down to 6 jack russels mixed 2 of them were with me since birth and are now about 13.
Thank you for making this video. Very informative. My girl is husky x malamute. Beautiful nature, but a lot of work. I can’t imagine the effort required for a wolf dog.
What a beauty. I had 1/4 wolf dog found while camping. Didn't know until a man said it was his lost dog. He paid vet bills for nursing him through distemper. Best, smartest good boi ever. His other portions were 1/4 each Alaskan Malamute, German Shepherd, and Collie
I absolutely love watching your channel and we need more humans like you so they don’t die🤯people think they can Handel that cute puppy then as the get older… they die or go to a rescue ❤️🩹❤️🩹🤷🏻♀️🌍💔
If you have an escape artist the collapsable impact crate isn’t the right crate for you. The high anxiety impact crate is what you need. I personally have a few for my high content wolfdogs and my extremely high drive dogs. I have peace of mind my stubborn and relentless pack members are safe and sound in their high anxiety impact crates. They also have a warranty if your dog happens to find a way to damage the crate.
I am not a dog person. I like cats however im an animal person in general. So this is amazing to me! The fact that this lovely woman is telling people what to expect so these majestic animals arent abused is just wonderful. So if you don't have time just leave these beautiful animals alone❤
Hello, Ocean is absolutely stunning. She does look like a handful, but a beautiful handful. I have only just found your channel and I have subscribed straight away. I love dogs and all things canine. I have had German Shepherd mix breed dogs before, but I have had a little black and white Sprocker for the past 8 years (bought as a Christmas present from my Son after the loss of my previous pet dog, Jessie, passed away due to cancer). She is beautiful, strong willed and funny and I adore her. If I had the space and land then I would love to own a beauty like Ocean and your other dogs. Look forward to going through your videos and hopefully seeing how Ocean grows up into a lovely young lady. Kind Regards.
Beautiful Blue! But if you look quick she looks like the epitome of a werewolf head and fur!😂 . I mean of what movies want you to think a werewolf head looks like. Lol. Very beautiful pup. My uncle had a female 97% hybrid. I was his neighbor. I was the target of her mischief. I loved that wolf dog.
After all them points you listed, I dread to think why anyone in there right mind would want one of these dogs, don't get me wrong, ocean in stunning, but there's no way how cute a dog is, destruction and devastation and potential aggressions should be a no-no
As my support, I don't skip ads. Blue is such a wonderful and beautiful blue wolf dog. Your video is highly educational as well. Love from Bali, Indonesia.
To what extent do we stop the mix breeding ? seems we are interfering too much in an animals DNA so a domestic animal can appear aesthetically pleasing. without first considering the health implications of such mix breeding. It's morally wrong to manufacture a life to have a perfect pet I stand against such breeders who seem to want to create a Frankenstein dog or cat who's only concern is profit without thought of the animals welfare.

What a beautiful story. I wish you all the best ❤
Qué pena, el lobo tenía gusanos en el corazón por los parásitos... núnca lo cuidaron ni fueron piadosos Con el pobre animal. Gracias por salvarlo!👍❤️🇦🇷🌎
That's an amazing story! You're an amazing person too! I'm sure the last 9 months of his life were the best he could've asked for.
This just came into my suggested list. I could not agree with you more. Our neighbour's had no dog handling / raising experience and went with a wolf hybrid dog and could not handle him at all. They decided to just medicate him and it was horrible. I felt so bad for him. They should not have been able to purchase him.
And the vet that prescribed meds for that needs to be dragged into the street, just saying
I would love one of those
Aww that’s so sad. If I’m being honest even most experienced dog owners should not be purchasing wolf dogs unless they understand every detail of the wolf dog.
True that. My neighbours got one and he ended up locked in his kennel all days long. It is a huge dog so it needs a lot of space. Awful to see this.
Humans are assholes. Nothing new here unfortunately
Had a wonderful wolf dog. Joe. Was 1/4 wolf, 1/4 German Shepherd and half lab. He was all black and looked like a wolf, but was a wonderful family dog. He lived to 17 years old and is greatly missed.

That's a crazy long time for a dog that big
My grandma has a Giant Wolfdog, he's an enormous male doggo called 'Paco' pronounced Patso, he's HUGE, a dark murky black colour, he's a guard dog but he's very lovable. He's so fluffy and cute, but he is also very threatening to strangers so he keeps their house very safe, his bark is so loud! I love him! :D
She’s absolutely adorable. She looks so cuddly.
So does the dog.
She is so beautiful. 🐾❤️
And the dog is nice, too!
@@maliparnjak You took the words right out of my mouth.
I just hope someone doesn't insist they have to have one after seeing this
Ocean is *absolutely stunning!* Her fur looks like wool.
I just wish people would do their homework on ANY breed of dog
before getting one. It's so very sad and selfish when the poor dog
has to be returned or worse. All puppies are cute but they do grow
up and with that come responsibilities.
Ocean is very beautiful. She is smart and she is sporty. Love to watch this adorable puppy.
She looks like a sweet and goofy girl. Look at all that fluff! And those lovely big ears! I'm sure she's an absolute joy to be with. 🥰❤️
What about the dog 😂
She certainly is, rohver! Although her hair covers her ears, too much! Ocean looks, lovely too!
That’s exactly my thinking.. she does look like a big stuffed toy so beautiful and big !!
That's a beautiful dog. There's one special breed that you haven't talked about, the Greyhound - the master of speed in dogs
Yes on my bucket list x
Sighthounds in general. I've also been dying for a Greyhound video, or even more so, PLEASE dedicate a video to the Ibizian Hounds of Spain! This is a beautiful breed that is, sadly, treated so cruelly in its home land and needs some serious love and our help. The same goes for the Podenco- the Spanish Greyhound. Just 2 more beautiful dogs who need some attention.

I can't even imagine the work you have put into this beautiful wolf dog. She sure is a looker! It seems you're her perfect Mom. Best regards
EDIT: Ocean has a beautiful look. She could be a stuffed animal. So adorable. I can see how people would want one, but i'd have to say well over 99% of people aren't prepared for a pet like Ocean! Most aren't even prepared for a Husky dog.
Ocean has a beautiful coat, and I love those magnificent ears. Can't wait to see how big she gets.
its a girl
Ocean is so gorgeous, it’s a good thing you spent the entire video talking about reasons not to have her! She’s a real heart stealer!💓
@@aikahann you need to train children too. Or they may just become criminals or entitled maladjusted members of society
and yet she still struggles to undesrstand why the huskies i not a personal match for herself for her, signs off a great dog owner.
💙
Ocean is a stunning wolf dog. A beautiful coloured coat. ❤
Ocean is stunning! I am so happy that my giant Alaskan Malamute is a sweet, enormous, couch potato. I never have to worry about him eating the furniture or destroying the house. ❤️
The only Malamute I knew ate the neighbors chihuahua when it wandered over for a visit!
Is he seriously a couch potato 😂😊❤❤❤❤❤❤ I wanna meet him
This reminds me of my school years when I had at the same time a German Shepherd and a Husky, since they were puppies I took them to the pub down the road, and of course I took them hiking regularly. Fun times, they were like the central personages at the pub, everyone knew them. The say was: "I'm going down the pub for e beer with Max and Rita".
Your warnings are so sensible and kind! Wow - I have never seen such a beautiful dog!
Ocean is absolutely gorgeous wow! I love wolfdogs
Shes crying out for a cuddle, but a good documentary explaining the responsibility and skills required, let alone the space, to have one of these magnificent dogs. They’re simply beautiful 😊
Beautiful dog, would love to see Ocean full grown.
They can be so dangerous
One of the most beautiful Wolves ever! She is precious and I pray you will have a wonderful life together!!!
Wow She is gorgeous! 🐾❤️
What an amazing looking pup. I'm very interested in how the fluff of the Samoyed shows up as she matures So fluffy rn 😍😍
That is a amazing freggin pup. Great video. Love Ocean. Beautiful. Oh the pup is nice as well.
Wow. She is stunning, yet she has something about her that is cute and cuddly. Very interesting video.
Unbelievably beautiful
Unique
Ocean is a beautiful wolf/dog. Love the blue coloring. Wonderful smile.
That may be the most gorgeous wolfdog I have ever seen, great job on the socializing.
Phoenix is also gorgeous, check her out
I love her little white mittens and chest and she has such cute little eyes and cuddly fluff! 🐺❤️
So much information packed in! Your love shines through and so does your gift of humor regarding their traits.
Thankyou 🙏🙏
❤ I very much enjoy your content- I breed healthy, beautiful Longhaired German Shepherds-
I can’t say enough to newer puppy parents about socializing & training!!!
I’ve always wanted a blue wolf 🐺
I know for a fact I can’t do it. :(
But I sure will watch Ocean! 💙💙💙
This was a pleasure to watch! Thank you! 💙🐺
Ocean is not just gorgeous, but absolutely adorable as a puppy! She is so stinking cute!
She's absolutely gorgeous! We had a wolf hybrid for many years. She was amazing!
Wow thank you for sharing such an informative video on the proper care of having a wolf dog. Ocean is soo cute!
Thankyou x
Ocean is just gorgeous! I hope she has a great life!
She’s such a beautiful dog. Bless her
That was fascinating. I learned much about the ancestry of wolves and dogs.
I can love from afar! Beautiful pup! Thank you for being such a responsible pup parent! ❤❤❤❤❤
Gorgeous blue wolfdog.
After raising 5 of them i can't thank you enough for you wonderful advice it truly very helpful good on you and truly greatly appreciated they definitely can be scaley wags for sure so thanks again look forward to your future videos lotsa love ❤️ from Canada
as a luck wolfdog owner i must say all your information u give about them is spot on
What a cutie. The dog is pretty too.
I praise you for once again warning people, so valuable. I always loved wolves and thought I wanted one, but growing up I learned that they do not fit me in the slightest. So enjoying them from a distance or through a screen will have to do, while I stick to breeds that I know will have a good life with me
4 old months already almost at the size of the husky? Can't imagine how big Ocean will be 😅
LOVE that youre straight forward and dont try and sugarcoat the essage. BEAUTIFUL dog!!
What a beautiful girl! Our sweet mixed breed is also named Ocean. We got him from the humane society as a puppy and they'd already named him Ocean and we liked it. But I haven't heard the name anywhere else.
It's definitely a beautiful name.
This gal puts together some of the more interesting & entertaining animal & dog video's on youtube ! Fascinating production---thoroughly enjoyed it ! :)
Aw Thankyou x
She is awesome.. I have a lot of respect for her work 💪🏽
nice segment ...
Absolutely hate those scum who kill beautiful animals. They are usually ugly low confidence type idiots. They make me puke 🤮
Thank you so much for sharing these amazing breeds with us while also informing the people who want one about the safety concerns and requirements! ❤
Ocean’s crossed eyes can never maker appear aggressive haha …. Soooo cuteee
They aren’t crossed, she has a brown spot on her eye, so it gives the appearance of cross eyes
Such a good channel! One that explains well and can make one realize how of a fit we can be or not and thus enabling a happy home for humans and dogs/wolfdogs
Thankyou xx
She is Ocean, named after the Ocean!
Mind blown! 💣💣💣
She's adorable 🥰
Thanks!
Thankyou ❤️❤️❤️
The blue wolfdog is beautiful ❤
Our pets are family, not just companions. Chief is an escape artist fleeing outside at any opportunity. He's escaped his harness while outdoors three times. Thankfully, even though he runs he still stays nearby. Just the other day the leash slipped out of my hands. Thankfully he stayed when I told him to and I was able to pick it up again. He loves his daily walks but doesn't like the harness vest. I recorded a video of him telling me as clear as day that he didn't want to wear it. Don't underestimate how other creatures feel as we do. Wild animals follow their instincts, not a conscience.
Ocean is absolutely stunning.
I've been training my own dogs for about 35 years now many dogs have been born, lived they're life and died with me and I miss them all ( I never turn away an animal in need) I'm currently down to 6 jack russels mixed 2 of them were with me since birth and are now about 13.
Her behavior in the house and outside is a mirror of my Alaskan Husky. Heaven help us all! 😂
After having a horrible and painful day, this little fluffpup made it infinitely better. Bless her paws 🐾🐾
Absolutely stunning! And the dog is beautiful as well!
He’s so fluffy I’m gonna die!!!

That mixture of Ocean is amazing tho. Malamute Husky Sammy Wolf n G.Shep is one hell of a alpha mix.
Give us updates: I want to see her evolution as an adult.
I will
I am not a dog person.
Aw Thankyou Helen 💙💙
Absolutely beautiful dog. You're not bad yourself either lol
I could understand the desirable nature of the dog, she is so pretty and fluffy. My malamute husky is fluffy and petting him is very relaxing
Очень симпатичный персонаж.😮😊😊😊😊 Такого друга невозможно забыть. Чудо природы.
It's morally wrong to manufacture a life to have a perfect pet
I stand against such breeders who seem to want to create a Frankenstein dog or cat who's only concern is profit without thought of the animals welfare.
