DayZ. Another Day, Another Run. Part 1

Hey everyone, today we are playing some Day-Z. I am brand new to this game, as you will see throughout this video. Really enjoying my experience so far with this game! Thank you all for the comments on my previous Day-Z run! I really appreciate all the support. This video is a little shorter and more edited than normal, due to the fact its a lot of looting and there's only so much i can show on camera. That's such a good way to kick off the new start. Praying it doesn't end the same🙏! Just search every hospital you find. Also you can check if gun have mags in the slot. You may already know tho

I’m hoping it doesn’t end the same as well! Got a good feeling about this run though, got a bit more knowledge now. Yes, when I was in the PD and found a few of the same guns thought I’d check for ammo inside them or attachments! Thanks though!

Some tips that helped me..
1. Prioritise the best insulation clothing. Food and water will decrease quicker the more poorly insulated you are.
2. Run less. You’ll save food and drink early on.
3. Eat and drink everything you pick up as you find it, until you get the full stomach symbol. Wait until it goes then keep eating. It gives you more slots for loot and prevents your eventual killer getting a free meal.

Your running is attracting zombie attention. Try more stealth.
Ammo is rare. I try to save pistol ammo for stealth clearing military camps and just melee zombies one at a time.

Thanks for your comments! I appreciate the advise. I’m starting to understand the game abit more now and realising that sprinting isn’t always best, eat the food as often as you find it

Do you run when traveling long distances?

@@Lezhaard Depends how much food I have and how full I am. It’s also a lot easier to spot running players than walking and crouching players. My playstyle is stealthy, drawing as little attention to myself as possible. Sneak around infected, hiding in bushes.
