DayZ. I Made It To The Northwest Airfield.. But I Was Underprepared..

Great vid mate. Really enjoyed it. You've finally entered the crucible of Cherno (albeit things were quiet at the time). FYI about 2 seconds before you said "I haven't got any disinfectant" I thought I saw a bottle of iodine in your inventory..

Thank you very much! Yes I finally made it, shame it was so quiet. I had a bottle of disinfectant in my inventory, however, when I went to use it on the rags it didn’t do anything? The rags didn’t say disinfected on them.

Getting into the mentality that the game happens when your playing it from the start not that the game starts only when you get to a certain loot level will help you enjoy all aspects of the game fully. I've had great interactions with the environment and other players at all stages from just having spawned in to being geared to the teeth and roaming the north. I often just decide where I want to end up and make my way there with no real preset path and just enjoy the journey. Its the only game I've ever played where I can just relax and enjoy a great veiw as the sun comes up sat on a mountainside in the middle of nowhere. Deciding in the moment weather to make your way towards the sounds of combat or just melt away into the forest to fight another day its a game like no other IMO.

With regards to running in the open. Using natural cover and defilade is a huge thing in DayZ 👍

The bottle supressers are only really for getting off the first coulpe of sniper shots(your mosin👍) to cover your position from players not as a zombie killer 👍

15:27 all you need to cook 3 pieces of chicken are 3 rags as kindling. No sticks are needed as fuel. Cutting sticks in a town attracts everything to you. A stack of 6 rags is something you should always keep as they won’t affect your stamina.

Also the paper left from unboxing bullets can be used as a fire starter like bark or rags.

I do stream on twitch occasionally, but not very often anymore. Need to get back into doing so. I find it hard to record for TH-cam while also streaming at the same time 😂

Bandages, my hatchet broke, meaning no melee weapon. No pistol ammo for my silenced pistol.
