- Hey everyone, today we are playing some Day-Z. I am brand new to this game, as you will see throughout this video. Really enjoying my experience so far with this game! That sound you heard at Novy was a artillery gas eshelling, probably landed at stary sobor. You'll hear a distant loud artillery gun. Then if your near a town look in the center of town for a flare, if you see one, clear the area. Its gonna be hit with the gas! Cheers from Canada!

Heli crashes sound like machine gun fire followed by an explosion. When I hear one I pinpoint the sound and then take a compass reading, makes it easier to find.
22:53 is that was a helicopter crash I’d be scared to ride a heli ever again 😂. I enjoyed the video and i subbed.
You had like at least 4 full sewing/clothing repair kits on you, yet your military pants and shirt looked to be at the 'badly damaged' stage of disrepair. If they get hit one more time by a zombie, they'll become 'ruined', which is unrepairable and useless to you. Always keep your clothing and kit up to the 'worn' level, if you have the repair supplies to do so.
This is something that I don’t think about all the time. I’m pretty sure later on in the video I repair all my clothing that needs to be

Love the video! Hope you make it to 100 subs. I personally like the less edited vids (time lapse the long walking tho). Also with the extra bottle you found, and some duct tape, you could have made a suppressor.
When your done with your dayZ series you should think about trying rust. Would love to see a new player trying it for the first time.
I wasn’t sure how you actually made the suppressor! But I will keep this in mind. I appreciate the feedback and it seems most enjoy the non edited but with fast travel. Someone did recommend that I start playing rust the other day. I might give it ago!

Really appreciate that! It’s sometimes hard to come into a game with such dedicated fan base. But it has been amazing, nothing but support for a new player 🤝
That yellow armband reduces your stealthiness since you’re more visible to players

You don’t need the code lock till you have played at least 300 hours 😅. I would have ditched it for more meat.

How many players where on this server at the time of playing?
I believe between 30-40 players. Went for a mildly populated server as I didn’t wanna just get ripped off the start.
