this movie just makes me want NPCs to be added to the game even more. I feel like its what Zomboid has been working towards all along, you and a bunch of survivors building a community together in the zombie apocalypse.
If you didn't know it actually originally did have survivors they got taken out like how multiplayer did years ago with the plans to add them back in like with how they brought back multiplayer.

I’ve been intrigued with PZ for about a year now unable to use my left hand after a bad accident I made a return on this game now I’m thinking about purchasing again and wondering if I really want to play this game and is it really worth the hype?

Yep I just bought the game. This guy sold it beautifully. I mean I literally just laid down, smoked, made some popcorn, and sat 3 hours watching this ENTIRE thing. Amazing! I love how insane 300 days is to survive on this game. I wonder what difficulty he’s playing at. Nonetheless amazing video! Kudos to this guy.

I also bought this game and couldn’t figure a damn thing out, I played the tutorial but that didn’t prepare me for the endless waves of zeds with 0 weapons in a 15 mile radius. Like I could never even find a isolated enough area even just to heal. I don’t know if my dumbass jacked up the difficulty or what but I was a literal disabled toddler trying to play this game.

Steven got reincarnated to join the fort again only to get snapped and forgotten once more, and on top of it the fort got named after Matthew instead.

seriously! I did too! as soon as she got her name, I was attached. Cobra is a long standing name filled with memories for me. so it really touched my heart to see her not only survive as long as she does, but seem almost as worthy of a leader as Mav in every scenario!

I was not expecting to watch a 3 hour video on TH-cam today. I can see why people want more. This is a masterpiece.
I love the juxtaposition between the mod that makes it look like a decade has gone by since the initial outbreak and the mod with NPCs who behave like they've never encountered a zombie in their entire lives.
This series is genuinely the most emotional i've ever been for a 100 day series, 11/10 would watch again

man this is SO refreshing seeing someone who allows themself to be invested and care about their AI companion.. i cant stand the "theyre just lines of code" people. like ok if theyre just lines of code so is everything and if you look at the whole game like that how do they even have fun?! never even played this game before but i am a fan of this channel for sure

dude ive never gotten so invested into something ive known nothing about. i never playdd the game but i was hooked by day 20-30😂😂 this was so well made
never watched something like this to the very end before until now, you are talented sir. The way you wove everything in the game into a story and made me care about this world was amazing, hope to see another series like this from you soon, even if its not zomboid
Actually felt so sad when the survivors despawned, losing Steven made me feel so bad, and it was to a glitch of all things 😭
Do those glitches happened frequently? I'm thinking about starting a multiplayer campaign with my friends
A stupid ass mod in the first place, whoever use them are desperately down bad, find some friend or just play multiplayer. Why bother playing a buggy af of a mod that does nothing but bog your entire PC down even further than what PZ already is.
Losing the sisters broke me
I've noticed it happen a few times here and there, you can sometimes find them again if you go to the spot you first found them (though its not always a guarantee)

Brilliant! I thoroughly enjoyed watching this. Really hope you intend to continue with stuff like this because you did great. The story was well done, I could not stop watching, I literally watched the entirety of this in one sitting.
I have to say, part one of this series was what made me look into PZ and give it a try, since it looked so engaging. My first charakter survived about 5 minutes. Fast forward a few months, I now have nearly 500 hours in this game, infected a friend who's now at over 1.200 hours and we having a blast in multiplayer together. So thank you very much for this great series!
I love the epic moments, and tragedies of the other survivors. I too play with Superb Survivors and on my character, I had survived 5 months! I had only one survivor in my group. His name was Jake. I had met Jake on day one, he saved me from an undead group of around 11. We survived for 5 months together, but then we decided we wanted to spice things up, we drove to Rosewood, and went to the prison. We had successfully killed what seemed like hundreds of them, we made our way to the armory. Then, our luck ran out. Jake got surprised from behind when he was fighting a zombie behind me, I had my back turned looting the ammunition and weapons. He was screaming, there were so many zombies! As he got eaten alive and trampled, I felt a deep hole in my heart, and had lost my only friend in the apocalypse. More and more kept flooding in, my rifle jammed after about 12 rounds, then I too was swarmed by the overwhelming presence, known as death.
But thats honestly what makes project zomboid speacal. The fact that you can be just fine one moment and dead the next. It’s what makes the game special

The other ones are either boring or don’t let me sleep when I put them on because I just hear crappy copyright free music or SQUISH SQUISH SQUISH every time they go on a kill montage

The 'military base', is an unassuming office out in the middle of nowhere. There's only a few things in game currently that tip it off as being a black site, and quite possibly the start of the apocalypse. That being the fact that it's in the middle of nowhere with a gigantic fence and parkling lot, security checkpoints inside with armories, and a ton of bells and whistles for power generation topside, along with two elevators suggesting that there's a ton of space underground. The reason he didn't show you, is because the base has been in game for a long time - but there are still not basements.... Therefore, for now, the only thing there is the boring and honestly not that interesting top portion. However, they are adding basements relatively soon (probably 2-4 months, just guessing) so he may come back to this series and check it out.
So it's not that he couldn't show but chose not to for story purposes. It seemed to work, though there should have been some elaboration as it implies that what he saw was why he left
@@King_Kerffufle No, he can't show it because there's nothing there and he said what he said specifically as a story point to return to later. Right now, it's just an office building. It has like a room worth of things to loot that isn't office loot, and functions as a crescendo because the amount of zombies that spawn there number in the thousands on even a normal 1-1 playthrough (as much , if not more than downtown louisville). However, it /is/ also for story purposes. The amount of zombies there, coupled with the new information that we're going to have 16 levels max of building levels from ground floor BOTH ways makes me wonder just how big the complex is gonna be, though. He probably only mentioned it so he could continue the series next update.

As usual with things like this, I never intended on watching this in it's entirety, but just like playing Civ and the "1 last round" syndrome, I found myself watching day-after-day repeatedly. Yet here I am, two 1hr 30m sessions later, having watched the entire 3 hour saga.
I feel like if there's anything that earns a sub, it's a content creator who manages to make 3 hours feel like it went by in 30 minutes. So you have my like, sub, and bell. This was phenomenal man, thank you for pouring so much into this and sharing it with us. It's truly impressive what you've accomplished here.
I really like how you take out the grind of this and just the emotional defeat after thinking you succeeded.

This is a very good video. I appreciate you for you taking the time out of the day to make it it is very interesting because I’m a car guy as well so was very engaging for me and I really like zombie movies. This is a very great play through, and I hope you can continue it because it’s a very good combination of role-play speech, narrative and seriousness. Also, I love the added dialogue whenever you changed Nora’s name from anne because I can tell you that the characters don’t actually say it but very very good very engaging. I've been a fan of the zombie survival genre since i was a kid (now 32) and i remember when i would give ANYTHING for a game like this. My brothers and i used to brainstorm "what would we do, and where would we go" in a zombie apocalypse and now i'm playing this game with them and having a blast. Only ~15 days in, but wow, this game is a masterpiece within the genre. can't stop thinking about it!
Fam, first time seeing this game and you. I thoroughly enjoyed them both to the very end and would love to see more. You can make this as big as you want it to be and hopefully you can connect your basses (somehow, idk lol that's the journey) but it would be great to see. Excellent Job bro!

Ive played this game for nearly a year now and i have never been this emotionally invested and enraptured by it.
Your story telling skills are incredible, and the editing for this video was done with so much love for the medium. You didnt have to dull the audio in times of tragety or pain, you didnt have to desaturate, but the editing done here brought this over the top. Imo, this is the best video in this style that has been posted on the platform.
