2:46 You were right in the voiceover! If the Ts plant the bomb but lose the round they all get an $800 bonus. The planter themselves also gets $300 as well as the $800 which I think is where the confusion has come from

eco = you buy nothing
half buy = buy to 2k or so much, u can buy next round
force buy = 3/4 people have under 2k dollar and u have 1 loss bonus, so you buy all u can, because it would be a double low buy or eco anyway
buy = all can buy a rifle + some utils

I'm Faceit 10, 22k elo in premier and I still get in games with people that think 3500 is enough for a CT buy round to counter a T full buy. Like dude, I can almost guarantee you that we're not gonna win this round with 2 Famases, 2 MP9s, low util and no kits. Please for the love of God just half buy so we can full buy next.

I have been looking for a good economy guide for a while as a budding awper, I really struggle sometimes with the correct buys and when to save etc for the awp, so this is super helpful! Also recently every pistol I’ve been buying and it feels like it makes such a difference to the game as a whole, amazing advice!

Another banger! Appreciate the chat about hero-ak and other strats on half buys! BY ANY MEANS make proactiveness vs reactiveness video! Couple questions mate! First of all how in the world you've gotten so badass with video editing, great job! Secondly how to transfer deathmatch/raw aim into game, as it feels I'm throwing every 2nd gunfight I have. tldr: force an mp9 every round its insane and works even if your team is full buying. on top of hut on nuke is a great position for it you can just spray people down and take their ak when the dust settles

while we say buy as a team I think it's important to say that if your team is forcing every round, you should just do what you think is best for your own economy. Not everyone will do the same buys and thats ok.
"Your money isn't your money, it's the team money" Completely true but teammates don't buy weapons for others or refuse to take a weapon from you if you they are broke.

If you get bomb down on pistol round but lose you should still ALWAYS buy second because you're always gonna have a better buy than the CTs.

Most common thing I see is people buying upgraded pistol for themself, to then get 4 x body shoted. Just buy upgraded pistol to a team mate

Didn't know that the T's get more round money if the bomb goes off as the win condition, or that the CT's get more for a round ended by defusal. Means there are specific scenarios where you want to keep the opponent alive until after the round is over, which is weird to think about. EDIT :There are parts of your video that are wrong. If everyone only has $1,400 you should ALWAYS forcebuy, because a bomb plant still won't even be enough to buy the next round, all you're doing is ensuring you have no utility and will get aimpunched by body shots if you manage a weapon pickup. This is especially true for the CT side, since a helmet is not going to prevent an ak 1-tap, so you can get body armor + still have $750 to buy a pistol upgrade, or a pistol + utility, and be nearly a full-buy if you manage a weapon pickup.

Eh. This is really only conditionally applicable for pub games.
at ~20k elo i can literally buy an smg and some nades every single round and still contribute above average.
you do not need a rifle every "full" buy, often nades are more important. I really just depends on what map you're playing and which position.
the are no real "hard" rules to this. and you definitly shouldn't go around getting angry at your team-mates buys.
Very rarely will you lose because of the buys your team is doing.
P250 and a flash can easily get you a gun and win you a round, $550

Awesome, look forward to it. Crosshairs are something I change about from time to time. Stopped changing my sens about 14 years ago but enjoy mixing this up now and again. Makes me focus a little more for a while from smaller to larger to medium to dot sized etc everyone now and again 🤣

yeah but it only happens at the end of the round, i think thats why he got it a bit twisted, the 300 is just a bit extra that you pocket yourself when you plant, then if you lose, you get the loss bonus money + 800 for bomb plant + 300 for the person who planted + whatever you manage to get in kills
