This is a top-notch piece of hardware.. There is also a 4-speed plus reverse plate available, and you are even able to customize the shifter with your own logo(s).. Tran Hoan and all of the VNM people are AMAZING, super nice and always willing to talk and help out, even taking suggestions from users on how to improve their products.. One thing Barry didn’t go too much into detail on is the mounting clamps.. Their design and the design of the mounting holes gives almost infinite height adjustment to the shifter, as the clamps can be turned 180 to offset the height by smaller increments for that perfect adjustment.. My completed order with all extras (minus the 4+R plate due to its unavailability at time of my order) and multiple custom logos shipped via FedEx at $316 to where I live in the USA.. Have tested One...a good product, but at this point in time, it only beats Fanatec in terms of price honestly. Not better in feel, worse in quick changing between both systems, still dificult in terms of ordering, at least in Europe...in terms of reliability, well it seems a good piece of hardware... but ONLY time will tell, since not enough users and time of use to have a definitive and large conclusion.
