Proud of you my guy this is my 3rd time quitting. I take take it because of a rotator cuff injury can I go back and forth on and off on and off but this time I've did it the right way I've never did it way too heavy but I still feel the tingling in my legs. And currently I'm going cold turkey during the entire day and I take just a little bit at night just so I can get some rest but it hasn't messed with my mind too much this time which is a blessing. But for everyone who is quitting it don't give up the fight and what's crazy is that hot showers do work I did my feet in it and leave it in there for a little while and it does work for the tingling a little bit but then it comes back later on during the night. 3 days clean after going on an extreme uncomfortable taper.. I got it to 3g a day and I just took the leap saturday without taking any!! Let's go!! time to reclaim our lives back! And also get the word out that this substance needs to be respected to the utmost!

Hey brother, been thinking about you lately.. we are going through the same thing. I went on an extreme taper and today I am going without completely. Thank you for sharing your story. Make sure you are getting adequate protein in your diet buddy it will help with the healing. God bless homie!! I want to get to the same point.. just use recreationally and not getting swept up in that day to day madness. I think you and I won't allow that to happen again. Part of the reason that happened is I didn't have proper guidance when I started I just kept taking more and doing it daily.. glad that's over with.

You know what is crazy? Kratom made me lose like 50% of my hair volume so far in my 4 year 30+GPD habit. I still have a full head of hair, but it pushed my hairline back a bit and my hair is also stringy and thin. Sucks because I would always get compliments on how awesome my hair was.. But yours still looks thick and full lol. I guess some people dont experience hair loss from this plant, but me and many other reports I have read people have complained about hair loss. Thankfully I've also read that your hair begins to grow back after quitting kratom for a few months.. That being said I'm tired of this damn addiction, I'm ready to take my life back and be my authentic self. Kratom has sapped my energy, personality, destroyed my hormones, has made me constipated beyond belief which can only be relieved by the occasional black coffee. I regret building this dependence. You are strong brother! You and many others have inspired me and made me realize recovery is possible. Keep doing what you are doing and never look back. I'm going to taper slightly then ask for 2 weeks off of work, and just jump ship, cold turkey and get it over with as quick as possible! God bless yall. 🙏🙏
@@Wesmancan This lol it's called male pattern baldness, I lost mine before kratom. I haven't found minoxodil super useful but it seems to help arrest the loss. Would advise young dudes look into that in their mid 20s before you start going bald. OP is probably age 30.

Dude! I have to tell you my doctor told me to stop using ibuprofen. It eats the lining of the stomach. I stopped immediately and my stomach is SO much better. I congratulate you for quiting alcohol, I stopped drinking alcohol more than twenty years ago. I give all the Glory to God.
I switched between ibuprofen and Tylenol every four hours and lot of Powerade and hot showers. I took NyQuil at night. Zzzquil didn’t work. And lots of cucumber water and buttered toast. Don’t mix ibuprofen/ Tylenol with aspirin tho it is dangerous.

You can take Magic Mushrooms or ayahuasca Ceremonially and ask them to clear out the addiction overnight!
