    There's some really cool Mercedes cars you picked up, I hope you can sell most to people who want them whole!
    It's sad that 90s classics like the F-250 & the Cadillac were destroyed by Todd, but it is what it is.

    There are farmers who still farm their land with old equipment and tractors like that and the only reason they do that is because the newer equipment is so expensive and harder to repair when the parts are expensive as well

    Silas, the Case tractor would probably sell for parts when you have time.The Case may sell complete to someone who may restore it. The farmall is really popular and I do not think it will sell well for parts. Combines are hard to work on in the first place and if they are very old they bring only scrap price at farm auctions. I thought it was interesting how easy that excavator could take them apart. Great video as always!

    I know that you know your stuff but I couldn't help but notice the wheel weights on the case. They get good money at auction for tractor weights. I just saw the Farmal fanatic buy 100 lb front weights with the International Harvester logo cast into them auction for $150 ea. I think he bought the whole stack of them. He also bought rear wheel weights, I don't know the weight or price he paid. I don't know what difference Case weights are but since I've been selling scrap metal for over 15 years in AZ. I know steel scrap ain't even close. to that kind of $$. Since I do scrap, small time compared to you , you're one of my favorite channels. I check for a new show every other day. Keep them coming.

    When you have trees growing between the wheels and equipment of your combine you know that combine hasn't moved from that spot in quite a long time. It's too bad that he didn't sell that equipment off when he stopped using it instead of letting it sit for years and rust away into piles of scrap. Great job with how you handled that track hoe and skid steer. Your pretty versatile when it comes to using heavy equipment. Take care of yourself Silas and as always I enjoyed the video.

    @DarkVoidIII ปีที่แล้ว

    Silas, these people wanting you to save an old tractor should show some kind of commitment to trying to save it. You should probably say in future videos that you can't guarantee that anything will get saved. That's how it is for you, and you have more important things to manage with the limited time you have available. If they want something they should show up wherever it is at and haul it away before you do. Get it or watch it get scrapped or crushed or torn apart. It's as simple as that.

    Hi Silas ,I enjoy watching your channel a lot from Yonkers ,NY I have a Mercedes S430 2000 similar to the silver one you had on the shot ,they are interchangeable parts from 200-2001 2002 , and my amplifier & CD changer stop working , I am interested in purchasing the whole thing ,they are in the left side in the trunk , easy to remove but they should come with as much of the wiring surrounding them , I`m willing to spend couple of hundred bucks ,plus shipping I know there is no way for you to know if they work or not , I think the amplifier is bad but I mostly need the wiring ... Best Michael.

    Its always sad to see these kind of properties. Men will park their stuff instead of sell it when it's still operational and in the end it's just old metal. You know all of those tractors were worked and worked hard. They provided for that man and gave him the ability to work. That old steel tells a story. Keep up the good work sir.

    👍👌👏 Well done again (video and work). Hope that you can sell the Mercedes W114/115 (nicknamed /8) Coupe in one piece. They're quite rare and at least in Germany worth a lot. 2) Old tractors have been crazy expensive over here for decades (even in bad condition!). A lot of people who couldn't afford oldtimer cars or just like tractors restore(d) them. The steel I- beams (called double T in Germany) would sell very well here too. In North America it's obvious a bit different than in Europe. Another example: You could easily sell all the very old Mercedes Benz pontoon types over here. Maybe even to some Mercedes specialized restoration shops. But I'm waffling again. North America is simply not Europe and vice versa.
    As always: Thanks a lot for making explaining recording editing uploading and sharing.
    Best regards luck and especially health to all involved people.

    An aside for you Silas, the older 82-93 Square body S10 pickups are hugely popular, even just the bodies, for racing and rebuilding. If it's not a total rot box, it'll sell. Mine is one you'd crush and never think twice, frame even rotten, people still ask if it's for sale! They have gotten very hard to find, and you'll get way way beyond scrap value, especially if it's got a title. And yes that old Case should sell, they sure do around here. Sure wish I had a reasonable hauler, we'd be doing some business. Amazing that Camaro didn't sell as a race body. Fine video as always!

As far as Mercedes I find it very interesting out there that you have so many of them. And thank you for doing the world a favor and crushing that so-called Camaro. I have nothing against the guys who like them. But after 1977 I don't think they really made another Camaro. My opinion on the camaros. In any case I think the excavator was great crunch crunch. Those old Mercedes are far more value-able and cooler then those tractors. My buddy has the identical Case tractor at home with a post pounder on the front, cant even give it away. If a tractor doesn't have a loader or 3 point hitch with PTO then its basically useless, acreage size tractors with loaders/3point hitch and ptos are worth something tho and are usually an easy sell.
