      thanks for comments dear... main PCL ki puri rehab banaunga woh mere plan mein hai lekin usme shayad thoda waqt lag jaye... lekin agar aapko apne liye PCL ki rehab chahiye abhi toh aap mujhse direct one to one online consultaion kar sakte hain mai pura PCL rehab karwa dunga

    Sir...I have a problem from my neck(right side) to right side midback region. I feel so much pain , discomfort and feel very much frustrating while studying. mera mri reports -- loss of cervical lordosis. Straightening of curve aya hai...Dr ne bola kuch major issues nahi hai..and I have ate almost every medicine like.pregabalin, methylcobalbin, baclofen..after all I am not able to fully recover from this pain..please suggest me to recover.its been 1.5yr. please help.me out .I am not able to recover from this. I m a sportsperson.

      see if you have loss of lordosis.. it means you spine got straight from its naturat curve.... so you have to do those corrective exercises which make your spine again in int lordotic curve... so watch my vdo.. name is.. HOW TO RESTORE YOUR CERVICAL CURVE.... and do the exercises for one month

      @@physiofitnessathome4156 actually the thing is , if I do exercise it's seems ok. But after leaving it , it feels the same pain..it's very hurtful and I am not able to focus on my studies and sports also

      dont leave the exercises.. just do those for one month
