    The editing means so much omg. No longer do I need to be in the middle of an exercise realizing that the instructor is already doing something else, or worse, I have to do the exercise while constantly cranky my head uncomfortably to see if we are even doing the same thing. Right to the point, clean, and easy to follow along.

      So true! Like the other instructors will be like “turn around and face the wall and let’s get started” and you’re just standing there wondering what even are the moves. But with this you can easily follow along and watch the screen while working if you prefer that too!

    loved this! easy to follow, was not focused on a specific body part, i felt my whole body working and was not super hard, just perfect to wake up your body and start the day warm and energized

      There's no such thing as targeted fat loss meaning there's no exercise that will just remove fat from one particular area. This is just a myth perpetuated by toxic diet culture 🤷🏼
