To me, most of the tall buildings in Edgewater seem not full of life. If , they were. Those beautiful parks would be full of people to the max.

That is an interesting point that is super relevant. With Miami being practically underwater, flooding is a serious issue. What we have found living in Miami is that there are certain places that flood MUCH more than others. For example the South Beach, Blue Lagoon, and Cutler Bay areas. Whenever we have heavy rain in Miami it is not common to hear of flooding happening in Edgewater. Regarding prices, yes the rent and living cost are higher than what you would expect in other parts of Florida. But you also get the perks of living in Miami ;)
@@beyondthebeach_ it’s why I chose Fort Lauderdale - I can always visit Miami and pricing here is much better. I would consider little Haiti because they are above water.
