Hmm..it depends on what your goal is. Edgewater is considered pretty walkable although depending on the street or building you live in, it might not feel so dense in your nearby things to walk to. The neighborhood is developing rapidly, so more and more cafes, restaurants etc are popping up each month. We are close to having the new Whole Foods open as well 👍
