Actually, the other day I was thinking when you guys probably go to that part o Miami and the answer came fast 😆 🤣. This home reminds me when you guys were in Bali I mean that tropical sensation. PD: The reason I was thinking in that it's because it's a funny name for a road coconut road or coconut drive it's very original, and about the home. It's very lively I like the color palet and the gardens, best part the kitchen ❤. Take care guys, peace ✌.
It’s a gorgeous house and for less I couldn’t complain. But for over 10 million it’s a lot of skimping and going without and cramped. The pool and outdoor space looks nice but is so cramped squashed as if it’s done on a budget like you don’t have the money to live like this but at 10mill you clearly do. 🙃
I would have put the pool in the cellar area with the gym and add a sauna and shower. Not enough space outside for a pool or even that trampoline. Lovely home no less love the art deco feels and modern-ness and no hiding the coffee station. I liked the upstairs lounge room perfect for a small cinema activity room. I would have liked to see the bedrooms a bit more. Very nice for 10 million just needs a little tweaking. The fiverr marketing director for TH-cam influencers needs firing, got 20 seconds into that 2 hour advert and forwarded through. Far too long killed video pace.
