    I'm from Atlanta and went to Miami for the first time about 5 years ago, and it's by far my favorite place in the world! It sucks that so many people are moving there though I hope it doesn't turn into Atlanta after people started moving there in droves because Atlanta is the worst now.

      @thegreat9481 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Why you say ATL is bad?

    • @bullgates2368
      @bullgates2368 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@thegreat9481 Sheesh idk where to start..Atlanta is a city everyone moves to to start a new life. Most of those people are running from something in their past, so they're usually not the best people overall. It seems like at least 80% of the people in Atlanta are from somewhere else, so you have a large city with a large population of bad people. Out of those people, I'd say 95% are there to try and be famous. So they come with an inflated sense of self worth and they're typically stuck up and always trying to prove some point for clout. Take that with how bad the drug problem is here, along with it being legal for almost everyone to conceal carry..you get a very violent city that has become run down, dirty, and overall disgusting. The AIDS rate is still through the roof so you have to be careful if you meet a girl just because of that. The women are pretty much all prostitutes. Imagine city girls and that whole movement being the mindset of an entire city of women. Not sure what your type is, but the women in Atlanta lean to the ghetto and masculine side..And they are getting millionaires to give them attention somehow, so a place like Miami is literally night and day. We're talking about the average woman in Miami would be a dime in Atlanta, inside and out. Miami women are a million times more feminine and would be much better wives, they're going to be more loyal and have less body count. Atlanta is a place for people who want to be rappers and want to live that lifestyle of constant tension, whore women, drugs and corruption everywhere they go. Atlanta today is like NY city. I miss the Atlanta of the early 2000s and before..this new shit is a nightmare and even though I'm born and raised, I'd never suggest anyone to visit or move here.

    I’m born and raised here. I have tried on four different occasions to live elsewhere, Atlanta 2x , Philadelphia (dirtiest city I’ve ever been to), and New York and I just keep coming back. No other place like it. The city is getting more expensive by the minute and soon enough, only the rich will be able to afford it. Shitty houses are going for $450 easily. But NY and LA are still more expensive so they’re moving here pushing up prices. We’ll be under water soon tho, so, won’t go up forever 😂

    One thing to note, as a dislike, this city is becoming super expensive, like wow. The cost of living doesn't make sense, especially when the average household income of South Floridians is $57,000 ish, You also have issues with parking, which is limited, so expect to pay for valet and parking, even when you go to restaurants here.

    • @ssmars39

      Yeah that is super true. The cost of living skyrocketed in particular after the pandemic. Truly the most expensive thing is the housing. I have been trying to buy a house here but it is absolutely ridiculous. For what you can buy in Miami, you can get a mansion anywhere else. I think that places like Fort Lauderdale and West Palm are going to become much more attractive places for people to go. Thanks for the comment!
