I got this issue from having very weak rotator cuff muscle + golfers elbow and way to many barbell rows/ front lever calesthenics. My rotator and golfers elbow issues are almost completely gone but I still have a bit of impingement on the back of my elbow. Thanks for the videos nowhere else was I able to find help with this
Do you have any recommendations for short-term ‘quick’ pain relief/recovery? I started playing baseball again in a adult league after about 14 years off. I have a torn ucl (2009), that was never surgically repaired. So any rehab info that will get me from Sunday to Sunday would be great, elbow and shoulder. Great content, keep it up, wish it was more prevalent ‘back in my day’. Thanks!
