Been one week since injury from Jiu-Jitsu. My elbow popped and fibers on upper arm and lower arm cracked as rolled out if instead of into a take down while my arm was being held. I'll be trying these exercises and massages. Hoping it works out and gets me better faster.

I actually have one more follow up question out of curiosity...do you find that athletes with UCL issues (sprain, tear, etc...) often have trouble or pain associated with doing some of these?

What exercises do you use to calm the elbow down? The exercises in the video appear to be geared towards athletes who are pain free.

I'm a handball goalkeeper and the pain has been on and off for around two years when the ball hits my hand
i have elbow åain, i just started training, but after/when im doing pushups i get so much pain in my elbow, im 13 years old
I’d back off the push ups and consider seeing an orthopedic physician.
Are these exercises that can be done every day post throwing or just every day as a strengthening exercise?
I typically recommend 2 to 3x per week for the exercises
