I would love to have alternate endings where the characters that die , survive. They would be, Albeit, difficult to complete with you having to collect items through detours and maybe even having a certain map before in order to obtain. Some ideas: San Sebastián .In san seb you would have to find a ramrod and cartridge , a flintlock , a sabre. .When you reach the platform you give them to Barry , which he uses to defend from the runners and bomber .You need all three of the items for Barry to survive .Barry will climb down the ropes after lowering down the platform, and will sit where the boat will arrive .You have to protect Barry as he cannot attack zombies and will die just as quickly as you would from any other zombies .If you and Barry survive you get a badge (Refugee harbouring boatride) Leipzig: .You have to find 3 keys to unlock a chest in the Mausoleum this has some rope inside of it. .You can throw the rope over the gate to Jacob .Jacob would pick up the rope and tie it onto the barrels fuse .When he lights it, he has enough time to run away into a building(It won’t let you follow him inside.) .you have to survive for longer because Jacob ties the rope onto the fuse and the fuse is very long.(about a 50 seconds longer) .At the end you can see Jacob on a boat on the river (With the exploding bridge) .While on the bridge you have the opportunity to wave to Jacob .Waving at Jacob gives you a badge (Bittersweet Goodbye) Copenhagen: .If the previous map was the Paris catacombs you can find a special item (maybe a lock pick of sorts?) which has no actual use in the catacombs but it will transfer to the next Copenhagen map .If you find the special item in Copenhagen (maybe a lock pick of sorts?)you unlock a door where you can save a British soldier (at the part be for you unmoor the gunboat.) .The soldier runs away and ends up on the brigsloop (the ship you encounter) .When you reach the ship the soldier remembers you all saving him and he convinces the captain that the the Danes (The players in the gunboat) would be great assets to the fight in the British empire .Dialogue: Captain:” *Normal dialogue* ” Jerry (Person you saved): “WAIT!” Captain:”Oh what now Jerry!?” Jerry:”I-I-I remember th-that ship, Cap’n.” Captain:”What on earth are you talking about?” Jerry:“Those Danes, those are the men that saved me.” Captain: ”(To the other sailors about to fire at the gunboat) Hold your fire for now!(To Jerry)You can’t be serious Jerry?We don’t know those are the same saviours you knew!For all we know, they could be preparing to fire their guns and cannons right this second.-” Jerry: ”No! I saw them get on that very ship and travel down that very canal.” Captain: “Even if they were the same soldiers which saved you: It’s our job to keep everything and everyone which was in here that’s danish dead and in there.” Jerry:”C-Cap’n please don’t kill them.” Captain: “Well , What do you suggest … Jerry?” Jerry: “uh, p-perhaps they would be willing to work for us, we could take them back to our navy base and train them as British soldiers.” Captain: “Hmmm. I like the idea! (To the players) You lot! We are willing to spare you all, drop your guns and willingly jump into these rowboats we are sending out. (To the crew) fire at the cannibals and row two small boats to that gunboat! .The navy-men don’t fire their cannons and guns at you, only the Zombies, nor can you fire the cannon at the British ship .The captain sends out 2 row boats which you have to get on to win and get a badge(Enlisted to the British Empire) Kaub: .You have to find a secret compartment in a church or house and you have to burn down the door with a torch(The torch can be obtained if leipzig was the round before.) .In the compartment you find a ‘Midnight crucifix’ which looks like a normal crucifix except is highly detailed and silver with jewels on it. .To collect it you need a priest to click a collect it. .When you reach the castle after Blücher and officer Karl die, you need an alive priest to interact with the midnight crucifix .This causes Blücher and officer Karl to become alive (and Blücher becomes non infected) .Dialogue: Blücher: ” *Long Gasp* *Heavy, Deep breaths* Mein Gott? Was ist passiert? Vielen Dank, dass Sie mich vor einem höllischen Untergang bewahrt haben. Ich möchte Ihnen helfen, die Burg zurückzuerobern, aber ich fühle mich schwach. Ich muss hier bleiben. Bitte geben Sie Ihr Bestes, um die Burg zu retten. Für Preußen!” Translation: “ *Long gasp* *Heavy,deep breaths* . My god? what happened? Thank you so much for saving me from a hellish demise...I want to help you reclaim the castle, but i feel weak...I must stay here. Please do your best to save the castle. For Prussia! .After you defeat the end horde instead of the game telling you to go to the top of the castle to raise the flag it would say “Meet Blücher at the top of the tower.” .When someone goes to the top, Blücher says more dialogue: Dialogue Blücher: “Ich kann Ihnen allen nicht genug danken. Die Hoffnung ... die Wiederbelebung Preußens ist noch nicht vorbei. Ganz Preußen steht in der Schuld Ihnen und Ihrer Arbeit. Die Freiheit soll nicht sterben! Danke euch allen.” Officer Karl: “Ja, und es steht Ihnen allen frei, eine Tasse kochend heißen, frischen preußischen Tee zu genießen. Es ist Earl Grey!” Translation: Blücher: “ I cannot thank you all enough.The hope...the reviviation of Prussia is not over.The whole of Prussia is in debt to you and your work. Liberty shall not die! Thank you all.” Officer Karl: “Yes, and you are all free to enjoy a cup of piping hot, fresh Prussian tea. It's Earl Grey!” .After the dialogue you can get some tea from Karl and Blücher raises the flag himself .After Blücher raises the flag you win and get the special badge (The dual reviviation)
Those are some really interesting ideas, it gives me some hope that they will live to see another day... it would be cool to see these alternate endings play out.

It's Jean! The devs haven't released the assets for the 2e regiment, which is why he has is old skin. Hopefully next time it'll be released.
