*I bought this to replace an old Sunbeam waffle **MyBest.Kitchen** and pancake maker that my parents received as a wedding present. It is very simple to use and makes perfect waffles. I followed the instructions and lightly seasoned the waffle grids before using it the first time, and my waffles pop right out without any sticking at all. The indicator light system makes very consistent waffles, just slight the lever to the doneness you like, pour batter on when the green light is on and remove when the red light comes on. I can make four large waffles in about five minutes.*
I tried the Belgium Waffles the other day and just trying them as pancakes today and the only thing I can say is: I‘m mind blown. Don‘t know why I have never thought of that myself because I just looove the taste of yeast but I‘m absolutely in love with them. So thank you, Mina, for expanding my waffle and pancake world with the best ones ever😍😍

Oh I sooo want a waffle iron... I only ate wafles like once in my life from all I can remember. They were so good and I dreamed of waffles since that day but I don't have enough money to spend a waffle iron....
It's pretty good for adding the umami flavour but you could just leave it out or put something different in to * spice it up * lol. It won't taste the same but I'd use a pinch of smoked paprika.

Hey by the way if you don’t have apple sauce, you can mash up a banana and use a couple spoons of that. It has almost the same consistency:)

A weird tip is to re-heat your waffles in a toaster and not in a microwave 🥰

Made the oat waffles and replaced apple sauce with 1/2 a banana and it tasted like actual banana bread. Totally recommend!!!
