This is soo perfect; it‘s storming outside and finally cooling down, I am freshly showered, my bed is freshly made, I get to watch Mina‘s new fall themed video AND fall is my fav season??? I am in a state of bliss.
these all look so good. i fell back into a disordered eating slump so i'm trying to work thru it and hopefully will enjoy some of these yummy looking recipe ideas ♥ thank you for the video, your content is wonderful !
When I saw the butter bean toast I immediately thought of my favourite savoury vegan breakfast eeever. Which is tomatos with onion and chickpeas on bread. You really need to let the onions and chickpeas caramelise first and then add in tomatoes and give them enough time to become super soft. I put in cashews if I have them which makes this even better. So yummy and super filling!
The color of the pumpkin puree looks NUCLEAR in the first recipe hahah Finally a fall-themed video and for breakfasts at that! This definitely has a vibe of your older videos which I loved the most so I'm reaaaaally pleased with this one! And by the way, what granola did you use in the fall bowl one? ❤
I’ve been making apple pie oatmeal lately as we’ve been having some cooler fall-like weather. I cook oatmeal with apple butter(tablespoon) and spices you would have in apple pie(ginger, clove, nutmeg, cinnamon) and some chia seeds. Topping it with chopped apple, walnuts, hemp seeds, a tsp brown sugar and sometimes I add unsweetened coconut. Easy and super yummy.
love that the cozy video season has started!! my absolute favorite videos! Aand I've just moved out and have too cook for just myself now, and really need your videos more than before. Thanks for being my inspiration!
will definitely try some ideas!! I would also love to watch a video of yours where you just vlog snippets of your daily live, like a vlog. you genuinely seem like such an interesting person ☺️
I really love your videos Mina 💕 I always watch new ones at the evening, accompanied by a cup of tea (I actually make some tea extra for these videos). Your Ideas are always so good and creative. Greetings from Bremen :3
to get vegan cheese to melt in a pan toastie i usually put a drop of water in the hot pan (trying not to touch the bread) and cover it with a lid immediately to steam off the cheese - the splash of water should disappear into steam :)
Got a pumpkin yesterday and was trying to figure out what I wanted to make (Mina’s pumpkin swirled brownies was top of the list) so this video is perfect timing!❤❤
Now that its autumn ive been trying to incorporating pumpkin in my meals and i love them ! Ive made pumpkin cheesecake and pumpkin french toast, and im definitely going to try all of these recipes here. They look super easy to make and soooo delicious ! Thank you queen 🫶
I love all the recipes and the cozyness of this video! Maybe a portable option for quick breakfasts on the go could be nice, too? Like a muffin, cookies, bars,....? :)
super creative recipes, thanks! For books, I would totally recommend "In The End, It Was All About Love" from Musa Okwonga And challenging fall bake request: Snickerdoodles. Also living in Berlin/Germany and it's something I miss so much

Love the recipes! Also, book recommendation: The Fifth Season by N.K. Jemison!!!! It can take a second to get into it but is honestly one of the smartest books I've ever read. So well done.
I'm not sure what genre of books you would like, but here are some book recs for you! Six of Crows (highly recommend this audiobook as it has a full cast), The Scorpio Races (also incredible as an audiobook), and Legends and Lattes. You might also want to check out some graphic novels or manga. Those are usually my go-to when I'm in a slump, as they are quick and easy to read❤
love your vids! book recs: a marvelous light series, the watchmaker's daughter series by cj archer, the cleopatra fox mystery series by cj archer, the raven boys series

I'm currently reading The Priory of the Orange Tree by Samantha Shannon and i'm loving it. Fantasy, dragons and well constructed world and characters. Maybe you'd like it.
Ich empfehle dringend die Thriller von Gillian McAllister! Vorallem "Wrong Place, Wrong Time" und "Just Another Missing Person".
HI, Mina. Thanks so much for the recipes!! Spekaing of fall-themed food, could you consider doing mapleleaf sandwich cookies? 🍁😋As for reading recommendations, though I haven't read this myslef, I hear A Good Girl's Guide to Murder is a page turner.
Gotta try the pumpkin bread and sage butter beans asap! Although it's still so warm in Finland that I don't feel that autumnal yet :D Would love to get the e-book but nothing happens when I click the "buy now" button... Wondering if anyone else has the same problem? I tried several browsers and turned off VPN as well....
book rec: "Funny Story" by emily Henry, its quite summery read but I enjoyed it so much id read it to get out of the slump. Very chill and comforting book, easy to finish as well, I hope you'll enjoy it if you decide to read it;))
Do you have any Spring video recommendations I can look at? I'm sure I'll find some if I scroll back 6 months, but I just wanted to ask if you had some suggestions.
Great video as always ! 🎃 I was wondering how long the puree can be stored ? And I guess in the fridge ? I hope I didn’t miss the part when you say the answers 😅
Book recommendation: "the poet X" by Elizabeth Acevedo. Beautifully written, short, touching. One of my favourite reads this year. Also always: "if we were villains", especially for the autumnal dark academia vibes (I just have to mention it to feel like I should reread it... again... for the second time this year^^)
Thank you for the video. I love that your recipes are easy and straightforward. Book recommends Greenlights by Matthew McConnaughey (I loved the audio version!) Trevor Noah - Born A Crime or Americanah by Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie.
A good friend just made them for me?? Insane. They’re actually supposed to be crochet coasters, but I am too scared of spilling my coffee onto them which is why I use them for decorating only. So so cute
book rec: the calculating stars by Mary Robinette Kowal - it's kind of an alternative history situation of how the space program would have developed had there been a huge threat to humanity's survival on Earth in the 50s. It includes loads of badass women, even some actual historic figures, a healthy main relationship, super interesting commentary on social issues and just a very relatable main character who is on the one hand an accomplished pilot and math genius but also struggles heavily with anxiety. haven't loved a book that much in a long while
it would all be great if you had healthier options. Everything is filled with loads of fat/sugar or processed products (i.e butter, cream cheese, yogurt, etc.)
