    INGREDIENTS
    #1 Chocolate Zucchini Shake 0:00
    1 small to medium sized zucchini, cut into slices then frozen (mine was 215g before freezing)
    1 tbsp cashew butter (or peanut butter or almond butter)
    2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
    a pinch of salt
    ½ tsp vanilla
    ¾ cup non dairy milk (180ml)
    3 dates, I used deglet noor
    2 tsp semi ground flax seeds
    optional: 1 tbsp vegan vanilla or chocolate vegan protein powder (sub with 1 tbsp oats and perhaps 1 more date or 1 tsp maple syrup)
    → serves 1
    #2 Caramelised Onion Avocado Toast 2:00
    1 medium sized yellow onion
    a lil bit of oil for the pan
    salt, seasonings to taste
    2 pieces of bread
    optional: a bit of hummus or vegan cream cheese
    a squeeze of fresh lemon juice
    optional: vegan chili mayo, chili flakes, a pinch salt to sprinkle on top of the avocado
    → serves 1
    #3 Tofu Nugget Bagel Sandwich 3:05
    for the nuggets:
    1 block firm natural tofu (200g = 7oz)
    2 heaping tbsp plain hummus
    1 tbsp white wine vinegar or lemon juice
    1 tbsp soy sauce
    1 tbsp nutritional yeast
    salt to taste
    spices of choice
    1 tbsp cornstarch
    fry over medium to medium high heat for 2-3 min on each side until golden brown - they’ll firm up on the inside a little bit, but not as much as If you’d baked them so if you do prefer them to be a bit more firm and you have some more time on your hands you can
    bake them in a preheated oven at 180C for 18-22 min (put the nuggets on parchment paper!)
    fry them like in the video then bake them for an additional 10 minutes
    I don’t think it’s necessary though, they’re super yummy coming straight from the pan
    → yields about 9 nuggets
    for the sandwiches:
    3 bagels
    9 nuggets
    vegan cream cheese + sriracha
    tomato slices
    whatever else you wanna add
    → yields 3 bagel sandwiches
    #4 Chocolate Cherry Rice Porridge 4:42
    ½ cup rice flakes (50g)
    1 cup non dairy milk (250ml), more if needed
    1 tbsp chia seeds
    a generous pinch of salt
    2 tsp maple syrup
    about a handful of frozen cherries or berries
    optional: ½ tsp vanilla
    optional: ¼ cup coconut milk or soy cream (60ml)
    1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder for the top
    → serves 1
    #5 Oat and Yogurt Pancakes 6:19
    1 cup oats, small cut (90g) or oat flour
    2 tsp baking powder
    a generous pinch of salt
    ½ cup non dairy milk (125ml)
    2 ½ tbsp vegan yogurt
    1 tsp apple cider vinegar
    2 tbsp sugar
    → serves 1-2

      I would watch it either before you eat or during eating. I was eating my breakfast when the video started but finished before the video ended.

      Can confirm I just made it for breakfast and it is soooo thick and creamy like a chocolate milkshake, but obviously a bit healthier!

      @@senselesspotato6950 yes! I used a lot of raspberry and blueberry (and a bit of nut butter) so I did not taste the zucchini at all! And It was really thick and creamy 🥰👌

    Very low effort but I rly recommend this. Toast with a thickk layer of almond butter topped with sliced strawberries, chia seeds and a drizzle of maple syrup :3 soso good

    Ohh and idk if you've ever tried it but an AMAZING idea for the next sweet treats video: (kinda) healthy oat cookie dough - this is suuuper yummy I'm so obsessed. (I don't have measurements I just like to eyeball everything)
    - oat flour (& a bit of coconut flour)
    - cold oat milk
    - vanilla
    - sweetener of choice (I use date syrup)
    - a pinch of salt & cinnamon
    - vanilla
    - a looot of chocolate chips
    Simply add a tiny bit of the oat milk to the dry ingredients so that it forms a firm, grainy dough consistency, then add the chocolate chunks/chips and put it in the fridge for 20 mins. THERE YOU GO! Its so simple but sooo amazing

    I tried the vegan pancakes today morning. And I made it exactly like Mina did with blueberries and maple syrup and everything. They were soo good. They were quite fluffy as well for pancakes that didn’t have egg in it. Definitely will try making this again for breakfast!

    Love those ideas, but certainly not for busy mornings - except for the shake and the pancakes if I prepare them in the evening and then just pop them in the microwave... if I have a busy morning, I certainly don't have 15 minutes for preparation & cooking time!

    woow, the rice and cherrie porridge reminds me of what we in Denmark eat for dessert on christmas. It is a riceporridge cooked with vanilla, cooled and mixed with wipped cream, a little sugar and a bit of port wine. It is eaten cold, with warm cherrie sauce

    Vegan Pesto [also gf]
    Ingredients:
    3 packs basil
    spinach
    lemon juice
    lemon zest
    lime juice
    lime zest
    olive oil
    nutritional yeast
    cashew parmesan cheese or cashew cheese spread/sauce
    seasonings I use garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and onion powder
    half avocado or vegan cream cheese for spread for drizzle leave out
    minced garlic
    sunflower seeds
    How to Make:
    Take all the ingredients except the sunflower seeds and put in food processor. Blend until smooth [or drizzly]. Then, blend in sunflower seeds until it gives a nice crunch.
    How to Store:
    Put in a mason jar for the spread or use a washed chocolate [or caramel or strawberry] sauce container for the drizzle. Store in fridge.
    Uses:
    Spread on toast, take dinner rolls with the spread and shredded vegan cheese then cook in broiler, put the drizzle on top of vegan pizza [or use the spread kind in place of sauce], put in pasta instead of tomato sauce, or on tofu or really anything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    Please try this in a video its so good its my go to sauce for everything and its soy free, gluten free, nut free and vegan of course! It took a long time to invent this recipe try out its uses and type it up so it would mean a lot to me if you used it but if not that's ok!

    Just made the zucchini shake for breakfast - it was so good, smooth and with a deep chocolate flavour. I did the basic recipe and used soaked chia seeds as I didn't have ground flaxseed. So yummm

    I already made the chocolate zucchini shake two times and love it so much, thank you for the recipe! The second time I only added 1 tbsp of unsweetend cocoa powder and some additional ice cubes so the chocolate flavour was less intense and more like a creamy - but iced - cocoa! :)

    i just had the shake☺️ i realised i was out of dates so i added about 1-2 tsp of coconut sugar and a pear instead. this gave the chocolate shake a great brightness, highly recommend. thanks for the ideas, they’re always delicious🖤

    I loved the caramelized onion and avocado toast! I didn’t have the vegan chili mayo or the paprika flakes but I still made it work with hummus and normal paprika! :)

    Hi,
    Here's my favourite recipe for breakfast. First you have to cut the banana. Then take rice paper and soak it in water. If you do that you can wrap cut banana in rice paper. Next you have to fry banana in a pan (you can use: coconut oil or butter). Fry until browned. At the end you can serve with fruits and honey, maple syrup or whatever :)
    Enjoy!

    Hi! I am here to share one of my favorite recipes, a brazilian carrot cake (vegan, obviosly) Blend two cubed large carrots, half a cup of oil and 2 cups of sugar until smooth, than add it to a bowl with 1 and a half cup of plant milk, 3 cups of flour and 2 tablespoons of baking powder. Put at a greased and lined baking pan and bake at 400F for at least thirty minutes. You know it is ready when you insert a toothpick and it comes out clean. We eat it with chocolate ganache. Seriosly, try it out. It is amazing.

    5:47 to answer your question, cheries are not berries, they are stone fruits. As are raspberries. Strawberries are "false fruits" the actual fruits are the little things on the surface. A courgette is a berry, as are tomatoes, pumpkins, blueberries, bananas. Hope this is helpful ;)
