Judge to Speak the order to bring into existance otherwise its a thought . Name , sign ,date RECORD an order .
we must go back emphasise what was missed ie evidence on directives which legal managers or still ignoring and pushing magistrates to "MAKE" .
I have just tried to speak myself some tea and toast ..nothing happened ..now im gonna have to MAKE it ..proof not same meaning at all.
The magistrate is being lied to ,surely they would have realised this by now ..i thought they were clever 😊.

I can remember the bin men in the 60s and 70s doing a fantastic job!!
They did work hard, and a dirty job, picking the bins up on their shoulders sometimes because of the weight with help from another bin man and taken from the rear of the property not the public footpath. Good men
And willing to give them a tip ..my husband was a dustman in the 80s croydon council .very early start ..job and finish ..good pay ,good standards ,good job satisfaction and appreciated by the residence ..who willingly gave tips and goodies at Christmas..I could have fed my family for a week on mince pies and Christmas cake ...
I can't believe the judge can be so dumb in his reasoning: Is it he is complaisant or just corrupt or just a shill ?. Great cotent and good luck in your case.
Would it be impertinent to ask such a question in court, to question the Judges/Magistrates mental capacity ?

That's an astute observation Marc regards the word Make, the public interpretation of that word conjures up the idea of creating something that is not done by parol or oral expression only, however the problem is this: The purposive construction rule will certainly be employed to override that defect or incandescence in the drafting, Did Parliament intend to screw the occupiers of hereditaments/legal persons for what they could with Council Tax? Hansards tells me yes that was their exact intent. The problem is to be solved at source and that goes back to 1601 and a particular term of art that applies to pastoral lands that were subject to the jurisdiction of the consistory court.
marc, i agree, a high court case is needed, yes it will cost but well worth it. start crowed funding mate, ill differently put my hand in pocket for that !!!

Some good Case Law already exists but there will be no
''Magic'' single case that dispels all the ''wrongness''
in one go.
@@stevestephens8969 the unlawful creation of the liability order 1, the fact the local government finance does create and obligation to pay and most importantly using the 1703 case law and having the high court confirm parliament needs consent to apply act and statutes on the people !!

cover all those matters in a single Application.
Any application will be refused in the High Court, meaning
the matter goes to the Appeals Court, where there is
a risk and the probability of having to then go to the Supreme Court.
Your talking circa 500-750k in costs at least, and a timescale
of at least 2 - 5 years.
As said I was playing Devils Advocate and the First factor any
Litigant must do is understand the realities of what lies ahead.
I support what the Guys are doing and using the Law to upturn
the Injustice is very good ,but your against the system and the establishment
so playing them at their own game, with their Referee's on their pitch
will take more than good team selection and game plan to succeed.
@@stevestephens8969 he who dares win rodders!! it been a uphill battle for the last 20 years with 1 step forward and 20 back. i hear what your saying and also believe not enough people will help to fund it because of the long road ahead. that do shouldn't mean we dont try!! am in alternative health dealing with cancer, i know what a long road looks like and the back lash that goes with it. in court am to emotional but go anyway, i love what marc and the gang have done, ill support their work as it has prospect of success!!

All throughout the video I kept seeing a flashing of an image of a Yacht.

There was a yacht flashing up. Perhaps a person wanting to speak , or a glitch in zoom. Interesting though. It isn't subliminal if I noticed it and you did, but valid point.
It's when Marc speaks, a dark blue yacht flashes for a frame. Could be worth digging deeper. Could be nothing..or maybe more sinister from people watching...
That is our boat which for some reason comes up when changing screens - imagine zoom issue :)
It's their game and it's rigged-they thought it up, they designed it, they run it, they update it (when they decide to), and everyone except you works on their side. The "judge" can say and do what they want. Your only chance at success is exposing their wrongdoing using socratic questioning, and to do that effectively you have to prepare, prepare, and prepare by roleplaying. Otherwise they will tie you up with words (they are very good at doing this).
Question, If this council tax collections is deemed to be unlawfull, then everyone should cease to pay it as could you be seen to be aiding and abetting.

how can anyone go into a court and 'know what its all about' ... you certainly didnt and havent marc ... its probable that you understand the magistrates court process only but theres still NO judges willing to accept your submissions? whats overly frustrating with these video is the arrogance that the PK rule the day ... for what? for the research, yes well done for the research, top marks, marc but wheres the judiciary in accepting the law - they are STILL acting above the law no matter what you all chat about in zoom on in group chats ... also in addition when did you ever challenge the judges in scotland marc? you were NOT prepared to challenge ANY judges in scotland neither were you willing to work with people with cases in scotland.

Maybe incorrect but the Law and Rules in Scotland are not the
Same as for England and Wales.
Council Tax collection is even 'operated differently' and Scottish Councils
are not beholding to the Rate Caps etc
Scottish Law also has many strange caveats not found in UK Law,
its not an Apples V Apples situation.
