    I am going to be giving my A s level law exam in may i am from pakistan .i was struggling with law but after after watching these lectures i am finding it much easier to understand thank you !

    did you give lecture for DO JUDGES MAKE LAW. please i need help on this topic.

      That issue largely ties into the topic 'Statutory Interpretation', whereby UK judges depending on their seniority (and one or two other circumstances) are able to interpret law set down by Parliament in order to reach a decision in a case, creating a precedent to be used by other courts in future (i.e. judge made law). It's a controversial topic for some. I have done a video on this topic, but if you need more specific points let me know.

      I don't really I'm afraid. I stick to the A-Level specification mainly, which is what I teach.

    Very helpful, but you may want to amend the hierarchy of the courts because of brexit

      That's right, not anymore. Although if you study A-Level Law or read Law at degree level you still need to learn about European Union Law.
