Watching this the summer before my a levels even start but have nothing better to do. Do you have any other suggestions for things to watch or ways to prepare in advance so I have a headstart? Thanks for the video!
That issue largely ties into the topic 'Statutory Interpretation', whereby UK judges depending on their seniority (and one or two other circumstances) are able to interpret law set down by Parliament in order to reach a decision in a case, creating a precedent to be used by other courts in future (i.e. judge made law). It's a controversial topic for some. I have done a video on this topic, but if you need more specific points let me know.

I don't really I'm afraid. I stick to the A-Level specification mainly, which is what I teach.

but we are not part of the European Union anymore :(
That's right, not anymore. Although if you study A-Level Law or read Law at degree level you still need to learn about European Union Law.
