Anyone have an issue with the volume? I feel like my mic is way too loud on ps5 rather than ps4
go to your mic volume and turn it down
Me too seems like the mic deadens the sound of the game that’s why I’m here

Are you using a noise gate though through your pc? As the ps5 does not have a noise gate

My issue is the game volume is always louder than my mic volume in recording. That's after I adjusted the mic level like you said
You can go into settings and set it to pick up your mic audio over game audio and vice versa

Update: Yes it does
It says “Your microphone is muted. Unmute to continue adjusting the microphone level.” I plugged in the Nano and the ring is lit up green. I’ve tried turning the dial in the middle to unmute but it doesn’t do anything.

This Mic is awful on PS5. Gain is at 0 + Mic lvl almost at the lowest point and it still records so much background noise. like wth? Gonna send it back and buy smth diff

@@Chr15Payne I had to send the microphone back. The background noise cannot be adjusted on the Playstation without software. I can recommend TONOR Mic, I use it for PC and PS and it is very good for the price of 60€.
@@byMemosh I figured. I ordered a fifine am8 mic and it sounds great but only caveat is it's only working thru the USB C port which is what I'm using for my earbuds. Ordered a USB C hub with my fingers crossed... If this doesn't work I'll check out your recommendation thanks.

Most likely your voice sharing setting is turned off, you will need to enable that

@@jamariusgreen3710 It does, I know that the best setting is having it set on the shape that looks like an upside down heart, keeping gain off or super low, and keeping the mic low on the PS5 cause it doesn't need to be high on that. I'm still working out the kinks and sound as well cause my first video I just put up of playing The Devil In Me Free Trial my voice was heard fine but it did pick up too much other sound making it sound like there's wind or something. And the gameplay volume was real low so I gotta mess around with it more.
