Keep the microphone volume low in the ps menu to pick up less background noise, and also keep the gain at max 25%.

Just a heads up, I know it's been a year since the video was made, but you're talking into the back of the microphone. If you're using Cardioid mode (Front directional sound input), which is what I'm pretty sure you're using, you want to be speaking into the side with the "Blue" logo. That's the front. To get the best sound quality, speak into this side. In the video, you have it backwards.
I actually went about 2 or 3 years using this microphone backwards before I realized this. The minute I swapped it around, I realized how much better it sounds.

I noticed if you have it on the stand on your desk it will make this noise when you pick it up it does not maybe a soft cloth underneath it or something may help mine was coming from the humming of my monitor and console

Can I lower background noise and stuff more with a pop filter? My friends say they can hear me breathing when I'm 2 feet from the mic and I have my gain all the way low

It depends, keep the mic volume low in the ps menu, and the gain at max 25%. Some games got mic settings, like warzone mw2, there you can set the thresholds for when the mic will pick up your voice or not, you have to experiment on the right settings since we all have different voices and depths.
I've done about everything and it's still pops but it's only pops when I laugh my psn friends said

Sucks I have blue yeti but can’t connect to pa5 I use Astro A50 headset and yeti don’t even pop up just wasted money on a mic that I can’t use
Everytime I'm in game and I start streaming, I no longer can hear myself through my headphones and the mic doesn't pick up my voice. It just goes back to my controller mic. Seems like it anyway.

I have a blue yeti, I've tried plugging it into the ps5 the only issue is when I use a auxiliary cable to plug my headphones into the yeti, the audio for whatever game I am playing is decreased. Anyone have a fix?
And I've tried turning the sound up in the game and on the playstationnand it's still quieter

Yeah the headset is louder when connected to controller but I'd prefer it to be connect e to the mic
if anyone is a guitarist, think of the gain in the mic as on an amp

PLEASE go closer to you mic, put sound proofing up and point the mic to your mouth. This will make it not sound like you behid water
