I've been using the genki shadowcast since i dont usually add commentary but for some games that I play with friends I had to stream directly to youtube to capture all audio. I just tested this out with a friend using still the genki and it works!

Not necessarily, wherever you plan on talking to them you just need to make sure that audio is received by the streaming software and that you have a mic connected to talk with them.

I love how you explain everything! I bother you with a question... I want to stream from play5 / OBS and Twitch, and include my friends' audio... But I don't have a capture device (neither Gato nor any other). In this way that you explain it, with the Bluetooth of the controller, is it possible???... Because I connected headphones to the joystick, but I can hear it so badly that unfortunately I end up silencing it and I lose the opportunity for my friends to listen to me inside the game.
The easy way is to buy a steal series pro headset connect an aux cord from headset to elgato capture card boom stream gets all sound. To get sound from the computer get another aux cord to connect PC to the back of the steelsires box input. Boom now you get stream alerts.

Blessup! MM, smh Ive recently began playing on remote play from my Xbox series x, BUTTTT! I couldnt do party chat....found a way to do so and it been Goated so far no hiccups no lag, although im ethered but still im surprised and now I can talk in party chat...thought I had to use my Rode mic and Focusrite but NOPE! I just went to the sound in setting and chose the Xbox controller and xbox controller mic and on your gaming system put it on Headset and speakers....it took me sometime but its worth it when im on remote play....2uces!
On PS5 you don’t have as much control for muting and deafening like discord. You would need to mute yourself manually every time when in chat. In my case I use a mic with a mute function connected to my PS5 for seamless muting.
I have the hd 60 s connected to my pc and ps5 and i still cant hear the other players voice in my records when making final killcam clips It show the logo of them speaking but when making the video i cant hear the players voice for reaction HOW DO I FIX THE PROBLEM I dont have OBS installed instead I’m using the 4k capture utility
This option worked for me, but the only problem I had was input delay on my controller when using USB. I tried to do Bluetooth, but I stream from a PC instead of a Mac. Ended up just connecting my headset to an Audio jack to USB, connecting to my pc, so I could hear and use my headset as a mic. Then using my USB mic as my primary mic for my console. Really wanted to use my USB Mic on my PC and hear the obs audio as well. Hopefully, I can find a better solution!
If you want to avoid the input lag, log into a second account for remote play then use your main account to login to the PS5 using your controller directly connected to console

When I plug everything into the elgato nothing shows up into the sound area. Then if I plug elgato into computer with aux nothing shows only wh n I plug my mic head set into the computer directly is when extnernal headphones appear
This just doesn't work on my Windows 11 Pro with PS5. as soon as the controller is connected on Windows, Remote play looses all audio, and there is no controller connection. If I am connected to the playstation, remote play closes
Probably won’t see this but I followed the instructions and my issue is that the remote play app won’t connect to my mic because it says it’s being used by another app which is OBS. Not sure how to fix that

@@DatBoiGilly I think I figured it out last night. I have the same Yeti mic which is plugged into my Laptop and picks up on OBS. You can’t use that for like game chat but you use that to talk to chat. Your headphones that are probably on your head already is what your friends hear you on in the party etc. but your chat also will hear your party friends through the game audio (in short: obs (if your wiring is right) will pick up everything in your headphones but not your headphones mic, that’s what your yeti is for))

Listen to the audio from the computer when your controller is connected to the computer. No need to plug anything into controller.

you'll still need chat link or have it pulled over hdmi because the game audio and chat audio funnel in together

How to do with elgato 4K 60pro
Do you know why my capture card only works for a few seconds then the screen goes black or it just freezes? I’m trying to stream in streamlabs
I have the chat link pro and that capture card but can’t get microphone audio through the headset , am I missing something?
Mic connected to chat link is for party chat to hear you only. Need mic on computer to have commentary
So I can't use a wireless headset and Blue Snowball microphone this way? I've been searching for days for solutions and Im nearly there. I just keep getting road blocked by something lol
can you help me? i have the astro a50 and a capture card but i can hear both game and voice on my obs but tiktok the audio is messed up or something and can only hear myself and it shows there is two a50s. any fix bro?
