The way the ad cut Into your video just now, It was right after you got done talking about to the 10 person run in swat 4, and it transitioned so smooth when I saw "Door dash" pop up on the screen my first thought was, "there's no fucking way people are speed running door dash now"

more the multimario relays, right beside the 1862 you have the Mario Console Series speedrun, which featured 13 different mario games, and hence 13 people running on complete relays of it, and now 14 with mario wonder
unfortunately you might have seen the leaderboard empty, that's because of the leaderboard archive after getting outdate with a new mario tittle; but ey there is a 14 persons group on plan for doing another relay on may 18th so that's cool :D
I was playing Factorio while listening to this, not expecting to hear you discuss it. I'm on the Pyanodon modpack. I'd love to see someone try speedrunning this monstrosity.

Factorio co-op can reach up to 1000 players if there's enough organization behind it. (1k isn't a hard limit either, just when server stability starts to be an issue)
SpiffingBrit has posted several 500+ player speedruns on TH-cam, and even an 800+ one four days ago, it's pretty nuts

What about multi-world randomizer runs? Archipelago supports up to 255 players. There have even been "asynchronous" runs where someone just rolls a 255 player game and the rest of the community plays through it over the course of several days.
