@Louis_Miles how did i do?
In this video I analyze everything in Super Mario Gravity, primarily the galaxies. I also make some predictions for how some galaxies will play, make some name suggestions for some galaxies, and praise our lord and savior Louis Miles as you should all do.
This is the first time I've ever made a video of this length. Future content will primarily be gameplay but I figured I'd cover all the bases of the mod shown so far.

This was my first time hearing of this mod and this video reminded me of old Nathaniel Bandy videos.
I love Louis Miles, it’s a one man show and I love it! I’ve known him since he made the epic MKDS Carera track! It was epic and showed me that not only Minecraft and Mario Kart Wii could be modded, anything can be.
I never knew that so much footage existed for this mod! I think the galaxy that I'm most excited for after watching this is Ghost Street. It's such a cool theme despite only having a few seconds of footage.

That was a really good analysis and I can tell you put a lot of time and effort into it. I think Gravity will be the best Mario Galaxy mod of all time and I really don’t see any mod topping it. This analysis really shows why Gravity is a huge deal to the community. Also congrats to Louis for making this mod. Also your channel is really underrated, you should have a lot more subscribers.

We may actually get GTA 6 before Gravity at the rate the mod is going (granted it is being made by 1 person who seems to have a very busy life)

15:10 that's just an already mentioned galaxy. You can see the planets in the background, and if you compare footage, this is the planet that spawns from the coin luma on the 1-up planet.
Edit: also based of previous footage, the watch planet at 16:08 is part of the same previous footage. The clockwork-style galaxy also seems to be heavily based on a level in Super Mario 3D Land. I would believe it to be somewhere in W7 or S7.
The snowy star planet was in the first demo which was an amalgamation of multiple galaxies in the full game. It’s probably gonna be in Starflake.
The watch planet is actually part of an existing galaxy. I have this info now that I’m a translator for Gravity.
Dope video, the titles you came up with are all pretty good for the galaxies, I really like “Haunty highway”.
16:09 - this is presumably a different area in Clockwork Galaxy
23:09 - I reckon this is part of the same level where you fly on the custom UFO thing.
23:27 - I feel like this is at the end of Magmania
1. I think Clockwork is the most likely galaxy this planet will be located in so I agree on that
2. No this has a different background to the UFO galaxy
3. Hmm. Could be, but unlikely given the different backgrounds. But still possible.
Ah you’re right about the backgrounds. For the magmania one however that may just be because it changed somewhere during development

Also my biggest hope is that instead of using remixes of other mario themes or new music pieces with synthesizers and/or digital instruments the game still retains its orchestrated sound track in some way shape or form. And that will probably mean it will need to use music from the first two games as opposed to new music because assembling an 80 man orchestra for a fan game seems impossible. But what do I know I'm just a guy on the internet. I just remember playing Neo Mario Galaxy and being disappointed with the soundtrack because all the horns and strings were gone.
Yeah Louis has hired 3 composers for the mod to make fully original music. The main theme is the one I included at the start and end of the video and is made by one of the composers (Trinkets Toad Symphony)
3:43 I think this is half of a set of planets in one of the bee levels, the one with piranha plants on this side and wigglers on the yellowish side. It's the level with the beetles I think (with the boss beeing two stacked beetles)
You’re thinking of Honeyhive, but the planet you’re thinking of is a pair of mushroom-shaped planets. The planet you’re referring to doesn’t have a mushroom shape but does look close to it. Probably going to have a completely different objective though.

Nintendo is taking years making a new sidescroller, but this guy is out here making a 3rd super Mario galaxy which will probably have more worlds then Nintendo ever made

I like the name sateflight or satesprite galaxy for the satelite galaxy due to the many flying sections w the pull stars and red star or the pixels and screens theme aorund the place hence sprite.
I tried thinking of a good name for the Satellite Galaxy but I think Galactic Array Galaxy is the best name for it that I can think of

@galacjack2003 i get what u mean, though don't u think a different word than galactic would be gd since galactic is another form of galaxy and so its technicalky saying it twice, like maybe astronomic array galaxy (if u don't think thats too hard to say). Also no offense or anything ofc just being constructively critical and i loved the video a lot :)
