    Dear Altruists (Kelly & Daniel): I finally found a great workout program for me. I am so grateful to both of you, I've improved a lot with my total health. Soon, I would love to donate a couple dollars to your hard works. You explained every detail for us beginners, amateurs,... to workout properly without hurting our bodies which I think is very vital. You guys are humanitarian... "thank you to your parents, ancestors for you guys are born". You guys are fabulous!

    Wow I exceeded my expectations. I did not think I could go through with a 56 minute workout but it went by surprisingly faster than I imagined. I think what made it easier was seeing both of you work out together. Daniel you are an amazing trainer, hearing your voice really makes it feel like you're training us in person. Love, love, loved this workout! Please make more videos with both of you in it!

    I started on March, 2020 with fitness blender weight loss program for 8 weeks round 1 and after completing the 8 weeks I jumped into round 3 program for 8 weeks also. Now I am exercising with fitness blender for more than 3 months I went from 62.8 kg (138.16 lb ) to 51.3 kg (112.8 lb) I am short so this weight doesn’t make me skinny yet 😅 I am 22 and have history in my family of heart diseases, high cholesterol, cancer and diabetes. I never felt this confident and healthy before! Thank you Daniel and Kelli ❤️❤️❤️

    I say it again, you two are extraordinary people and the way your full lenght video are made is perfect, the white environments let me see the positions and the movements so clearly, and the fact you talk and follow and encourage while you (and me on this side) perform the exercise is priceless, so motivating, the bore is unexsistant!!! many other websites about work out are sometime very boring, they don't follow you during the work out at all! just do this do that and that's all!

    Perfect low impact (no really jumping cardio moves) that still gets the heart rate up! Was not expecting the ab moves in there! Awesome! My legs are shaking and burning! Thank you so much Kelli and Daniel!

    I just finish doing this workout and it was GREAT!! It did not seem that long at all, although i was dying because of the weights. I really enjoyed having you two there to guide me, even though it was through the computer, I felt like we were in the same room. I also really liked that you two incorporated the weights in the routines since I tend to neglect my arms most of the time. Basically,what I am saying is THAN YOU SO MUCH for taking the time to do these workouts.

The workouts are well explained and are given with supporting commentaries from you, so it feels like you are sharing the experience together with someone, even when you're working out alone.     This is easily one one of favourite workouts - I try and do it at least once a week. My boyfriend has been commenting on how nice my bum is looking so I had him do this with me yesterday. He barely made it through and can hardly walk today. He finally understands why my bum looks the way it does :)

    I would love to see you guys redo this video with all opposite movements, such as ski squat instead of sumo, reverse lung instead of forward and so on. This one was by far my favorite workout I've done of yours.

    Workout complete. Its a favourite and a regular one of mine and I enjoy every time changing some of the moves as I feel the need of my body, for today instead of back bows I did side lunges. Been doing regular Yoga so I gave my back an easy day to rest.

    I LOVE this workout. Difficult but completely doable, effective, clear instruction. I like workouts that focus on lower body [or upper] so i can vary my focus. This one is a few years old, but more like this please. Love the length, too.

    I've been using your videos for a few months, and just found this one... I really liked the format of it! I was exhausted, but the time flew by, being it was a lot of reps and less exercises. I hope you do more!... I swapped the last exercise for a plank, hard! but worth it

    I'm bracing myself to do this routine today. It destroys me every time but the feeling after and the fact that I know I will get stronger legs from this is awesome. Also love that I dont need heavy weights at all

    3rd week of the Beinners's 4 weeks program! I got through it with squats and lunges without weights. Only time pause button: Flutter kicks. Seriously it doesn't matter where they appear in your workouts. They kill me :) Shaking legs and sweating like mad!

    Also, I would like to say that you guys are great and the fact that you want to make free workouts in a recession shows your guys integrity towards fitness is honest. My girlfriend and i love your workouts. I am studying Kinesiology & exercise science, & I value how you guys use periodization in your workouts to get the most out of each movement. If I had one request it would be to make some more strength & conditioning workouts w/weights at high intensity and weights but not Crossfit. Thanks!

    I am on the Round 3 program and I never thought I would be able to finish a workout like this. I can really feel my endurance building everyday. I am so proud of myself for not skipping intervals or taking extra breaks. Unfortunately, my balance is not well so I had to use the couch arm for support on moves like calf raises and the crossover lunges so I was a bit slower but I did not stop! Super excited for tomorrows long workout too =].

    Don’t plan anything for the next two days. Great workout but you will literally not be able to walk normally the next day but once you recover from blacking out from the pain, you’re completely fine. Can’t wait to do it again!
