thanks man, there was really not a whole lot of time as it more of a spur of the moment type of thing , this is what we used for shooting Pro Rugby and it's a 4 camera setup with one floating field cam as well
Why has more people not subscribed? This video kicks ass and takes names! Thank you creator for the incredible insight to your profession! You might want to focus on TH-cam a little more considering a larger creator just linked you!
Useful video! So zoom is a thumb rocker on the right handle, and focus? On the left? I wish you showed one. Is it possible to preset focus/zoom points and then automatically shift to them with a single touch? Are there focusing aids, or the screen is high-res enough to use for focusing?
Broadcast cameras require constant manual focus adjustment. However, there’s a feature on most viewfinders called peaking that makes grabbing focus much easier.
Greaty video man! Was really interesting to see the process. Is there anywhere where I can see the results? I am really curious what kind of images this camera setup produces.
Awesome, kindly how you put markers in the focus arm , I am confused 🤔 in this point where is main guide point that I mark on it to change. The focus and rack it during shooting , I hope my question is clear
Hey Great video! I'm Inspiring camera op I'm actually going to a tech school and I'm taking TV media there and we are learning broadcasting right now😁 And I'm hoping to be a camera op like you and I was wondering how did you get into the business of being one? Let me! And thank you for sharing!
Great video! I thought you were doing push-ups to prepare to handhold the rig! Also why the do-rag over your head, usually that's placed over the monitor!😁
@@abtoziam2648 so that is more of a question for the TD [technical director]. usually there is a giant production truck, where the producers, director sit and that where they get all the feed, they mix it, they mix in the commentators, switch between cameras and feed the footage online. next time we are filming a game, i'll pop in and get a tour of the production truck
It needs a lot of hard work but still he got like no views for the work he have done i have found this video on my home page TH-cam is helping him but now one is interested in this everyone likes cringy stuff
Good video. Nice to know more about the professional broadcast equipment. You did great job showing most of it! Thanks man

Great Set-up... CAMERA FOR ALL AREAS.
These cameras are so stable in crappy weather + whose gonna steal one when it's so big and heavy
yeah imagine hauling that to the top of the bleacher stands when the elevators are down, total weight is prob about 300lbs
@@HUSTLMedia 🤯 yup you can keep that 🤣 you still gotta load into a vehicle, that enough for me
nice rig! I've used very similar setups, except I've never used GVG cameras.

Some cameramen stick small paper triangles on their focus wheels as a form of "preset".
@@FOHGeek Where such a wheel would be on a broadcast camera?
Good stuff man. Just curious - what's your shutter speed and frame rate when filming broadcast sports?
Hey I didn’t realize you had a channel. That’s awesome!

Color balance is off throughout. A more "cool" image. Was that deliberate? Disclaimer: So says my 1 month old HP monitor purchased for video editing.
Huge? Oh boy...you didn’t know the old NTSC RCA .Hahaha, it was almost a tram on stage...☺️
I mean this is supposed to be the 21century yet we still are shooting on this archaic machines, they could easily decrease this by 50%
@@HUSTLMedia . Sure.
That sucks being put on the side looking into the sun. No room at the inn? (Press box?}
nice video .. but we need more :)
working on it
i love this
How come we don’t shoot films using this camera. It’s such a bad boy. I don’t mind it’s weight. It will be so cool to use it in a movie production.
