@1.8T20V agreed, I ride a cbr600 and I would have an absolute blast on that 450, especially in the twisties, same weight as my bike, just under half the power, but much more manageable, be able to just give it been without overdoing it
@@lowxpectations exactly why I rip around on my R3 instead of my FJR1300 all the time. It's a blast to ride both. Very different rides. The FJR has SO much power it's crazy. Nice to wring out a super light at times.
Some people don’t get that it’s the rider, not the ride. There’s always bikes that are faster on straight, but when you pass those big bikes with your little 400 it sure is satisfying
Not surprising, It's got 50 more cc. Which is also why the Ninja 400 is faster than the Yamaha R3. It's literally a bigger bike. But here's the thing, the longevity of CF Moto bikes has yet to be determined. Until that is proven, I'd rather have the Ninja 400 regardless of which one is faster..... Because there's always someone faster! That does not make it a better bike.

Yes the two engines will behave differently, but theoretically, with all other factors being equal (weight, displacement, aerodynamics, rider, etc) both would cross the finish line at the same time. The main factor between these two bikes is the displacement, not the crank position.

I’ve had my CFmoto for 2 years now I have the 650mt adventure over 9k miles and I go off roading like crazy on it. Never had an issue… not 1. Shit it’s been sitting outside with just a cover the past 2 winters and she starts up with not 1 problem didn’t even have to charge the battery I get it, Chinese motorcycles people are scared, but CFmoto has been making parts for KTM for a long time. We are living in that day of age again when the Japanese bikes came out and people said they were shit.
@@VinetiiOfficial well the official reported speed is 116 and the 450ss is 125. The guys said that the ninja catches it top end and it just isn't factual. The 450 ss walks away from the ninja 400. I've run against one 2 dozen times and the ninja is slower accel and top end.

Weight reduction, exhaust and ECU remapping. That bike's capabilities are limited, which is not the same for the Ninja 400.
