I mean, does it really need it? It's like traction control and rider modes. Sure on 150hp bikes traction control and a 6 axis IMU are useful. But on a 45hp begginner bike, they are useless. You also dont need brembo stylemas on a bike that can only top out at 180kph. Kawasaki knows its core market. A beginner rider will drop his bike, and need to replace shit. Upside down forks are more expensive to make thus will be more expensive when you need replacing. Wouldnt surprise me also if they took longer to install. A new rider wants a light, fun, cheap motorcycle that rides well and is easy and cheap to maintain. The ninja fills this roll perfectly.
Just give it USD forks for the looks and nothing fancy. My 155cc MT15 literally have USD forks from factory. There's no excuse for Kawasaki to do this?
The RC390 to me is the only motorcycle on this list that has varying details online, some sources says it will have 43BHP and others will say 44BHP. Some sources say it weight 165KG wet and others will say 172KG, it’s confusing

RC390 beats the other 3 bikes if you are a holiday/weekend track rider. The cornering ABS is too powerful and easy to handle. if you really don't need a modern electronic control unit for the track, the Yamaha R3 would be a good choice for the track with precise handling and riding skills(cheaper and mass modification kits).
