      @@donnyinfinity bhai i ma certified personal trainer nd sports nutritionist , every year like your school sylabars nutrition nd workout science also update new studies comes every year. To know u need to learn from books or research on internet. Like case with saturated fat earlier it was culprit for heart attacks but now it s the healtiest fat u can consume as scientist found no liknk btwen heart nd saturated fat .

    Gaurav.. Thanks for these workout but have a request can u please make a workout which should done in home with very limited equipments like dumbells.. Because it's time for covid and often gyms close and open.. So it's just a request to design a workout with dumbells only in home.. Peace out

    1 working drop super heavyy
    2- shoulder press dumbell
    (2 sets last heavyy & drop)
    3-side raises
    1 warmup 2 working set 15 repsss..last drop
    4- rear delts & front raise(plate)2 superset
